How to connect an HDMI device?

Press the 3D button on the remote or go to Menu > Picture > 3D. Put on compatible 3D glasses. The Auto 3D Display option can be enabled to automatically detect 3D content.

Plug the USB drive into a USB port on the TV. Go to AllShare Play and select the USB device. You can play videos, music, and photos in supported formats.

How to reset picture settings?

Go to Menu > Picture > Reset Picture Settings. Confirm the reset. This restores the factory defaults for the current picture mode.

How to connect headphones?

Plug the headphones into the jack on the back of the TV. The sound from the internal speakers is then muted. The headphone volume is adjusted separately.

Connect a USB hard drive (minimum 5400 rpm). Go to Channel > Schedule Manager > Schedule Recording. Select the channel, date, and time. Supported formats are AVI, MKV, etc.

Go to Menu > System > Picture In Picture (PIP). Enable PIP and choose the source and position of the secondary window. Available for certain input sources.

How to update the software?

Go to Menu > Support > Software Update. Choose Over Internet or Over USB. Follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure the TV is connected to the Internet or the update file is on a USB drive.
