This manual contains important safety information concerning the maintenance, use and operation of this product. Failure to follow the instructions contained in this manual may result in serious injury. If you are unable to understand the contents of this manual, please bring it to the attention of your supervisor. Do not operate this equipment unless you have read and understand the contents of this manual

IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES

When using any kind of electrical appliance, some basic safety precautions must always be followed, including the following:

1.- To avoid possible electric shocks, do not place the cable, plug or appliance in water or in any other liquid. Do not insert screwdrivers or metallic items inside the appliance.
2.- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or by someone else authorised by the manufacturer. In the event of handling of appliances by non-authorised people, the guarantee will immediately cease to be valid.
3.- Do not allow cables to hang from tables or worktops, nor to come into contact with hot surfaces.
4.- Do not use appliances if they are damaged.
5.- Switch off appliances before changing accessories or auxiliary parts that move when appliances are in use.
6.- To disconnect electrical appliances, wait until the engine stops and then unplug the cable from the electric socket.
7.- Do not leave appliances working unattended. Ensure that the engine has come to a complete stop before dismantling appliances. Unplug appliances after each use.
8.- Avoid contact with moving parts. Take special care when cleaning appliances.
9.- Avoid contact with hot parts. Use extreme care during cleaning. Use gloves.
10.- Do not allow children to use electrical appliances. Do not leave appliances unattended when in use close to children.
11.- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical sensory or metal capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12.- Only use this electrical appliance for its designed use, as described in this manual. Do not use parts or accessories without the manufacturer's recommendation.
13.- Use only original parts.
14.- DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: Do not dispose of this product as unclassified municipal rubbish. Due to the use of electrical and electronic parts, this product must be collected separately, as ordered in the Spanish Royal Decree 208/2005 on the separate collection of electrical products.

Warranty Information

This manual provides the installation, safety and operating instructions for the multifunction robot. We recommend all installation, operating and safety instructions appearing in this manual to be read before installation or operation.

Multifunction robot is a product of extensive research and field testing. The materials used were selected for maximum durability, attractive appearance and optimum performance. Every unit is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment.

IMPORTANT! Keep these instructions for future reference. If the unit changes ownership, be sure this manual accompanies the equipment.

WARNING

1.- Plug multifunction robot into a properly grounded electrical outlet of the correct voltage, size, and plug configuration. If the plug and receptacle do not match, contact a qualified electrician to determine the proper voltage and size, and install the proper electrical outlet.
2.- To avoid any injury, turn the power switch off, unplug the unit from the power source and allow to cool before performing any maintenance.
3.- For safe and proper operation, the unit must be located at a reasonable distance from combustible walls and materials. If safe distances are not maintained, discoloration or combustion could occur. Do not locate multifunction robot under shelving or closer than 12" (31 cm) from the ceiling.
4.- Allow a minimum of 12'' (30 cm) clearance along the sides. Allow a clearance of 20'' (50 cm) along the front and rear discharge to endure proper operation and safety.
5.- To prevent any injury or damage do not pull unit by power cord.
6.- To prevent any injury, discontinue use if power cord is frayed or worn.

CAUTIONS

1.- Locate the unit at the proper counter height, in an area that is convenient for use. The location should be level to prevent the unit or its contents from accidentally falling, and strong enough to support the weight of the unit.
2.- Do not place anything on top of the multifunction robot; doing so could damage multifunction robot or subject personnel to possible injury.
3.- When setting up the unit for operation, make sure power to the unit is off. Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
4.- To avoid damaging the multifunction robot or causing personal injury, always switch on the multifunction robot with a product inside the bowl.
5.- Unit is not weatherproof. For safe and proper operation locate the unit indoors where the ambient air temperature is a minimum of 70^ ( 21^ ) and a maximum of 85^ ( 29^ ).
5.- Do not locate the multifunction robot in an area subject to excessive temperature or grease from grills, fryers, etc. Excessive temperature could cause damage to the unit.
7.- Do not place multifunction robot in an area that restrict air flow around the front or rear of the unit.
8.- Some exterior surfaces on the unit will get hot. Use caution when touching these areas to avoid injury.

Makes smoothies, cuts, chops, grates, grinds, squeezes and blends fruit and vegetables, whips cream.

INSTALLATION

UNPACKING

1.- Open the large box. Remove all packing materials and protective covering from the unit and parts.
2.- Remove all accessories and book instructions.
3.- Place the device on a hard surface, flat and level.
4.- Please make sure that you clean all parts that come into contact with food with soapy water, and then dry.

OPERATION

1.- Remove the wrapping before using the electrical appliance. Do not discard the wrapping until you have checked that the blender is working correctly.
2.- Make sure that the motor unit is placed on a flat, dry surface. Avoid contact with areas of excessive heat. Check that the connection cable and the power point are in perfect condition.
3.- Have fruit or vegetables prepared (for example: cut apple, carrot or other fruit and vegetables cut into pieces), then add water. Do not exceed the maximum line on the blender. If you wish to crush ice, add several ice cubes and water and then cover.
4.- Position the main shaft in the central housing of the motor unit. Insert the plastic cutting blade (only to be used for cutting vegetables and fruit).

Properly position the glass jug on the motor unit. The motor will not run if it is not properly placed, since the safety switch in the main body is not activated.

Insert the fruit or vegetables that you want to chop, or you can add them later by using the tube in the jug lid.

Make sure the lid is properly closed, as the handle of the jug has a safety device, which must be properly set for the engine to work.

5.- Turn the control knob clockwise, the motor will start and the speed can be increased by turning the knob to the right. Use the position P (PRESS), located to the left of the control knob, to chop to the desired size at full speed.

Once complete, turn the knob anti-clockwise to stop the motor.

6.- Remove the jug with its lid by turning it 90^ anti-clockwise to separate it from the motor unit. Open the cover by turning it 30^ anti-clockwise and you now have a jug of processed fruit or vegetables.

CAUTION: The blade is still inside so you should exercise extreme caution to avoid cuts and injury to fingers and hands.

ACCESSIONS INCLUDED:

BLENDER JUG

To use the blender jug, place it on the motor unit, turn 90^ clockwise to fix its position and add the ingredients to be blended.

Never use the jar without the lid, as the centrifugal force will force the liquid out. This is also the basic safety measure to avoid risks to people.

When the blending is finished, remove the jug by turning 90^ anti-clockwise

BLENDING/WHIPPING UNIT

Insert the main shaft into the base of the motor unit, position the jug and lock into place by turning

90^ clockwise. Add the blending/whipping unit at the top of the shaft, insert the cream or egg whites to be beaten.

Place the lid on the jug, lock into place by rotating 30^ clockwise.

Use the minimum speed. The unit rotates around the jug covering its whole surface.

GRINDER

This accessory enables you to grind or chop dry products such as chocolate, cinnamon, pepper, etc.

Put the ingredients to be ground in the clear container and close firmly with the blade cover.

Place the grinder on the motor unit, fixing it into place by rotating 90^ clockwise.

We recommend the use of option P (PRESS) for this accessory.

When the grinding is finished, remove the grinder from the motor unit, remove the cover and blade and use the measuring lid to store the ground ingredients.

CUTTING DISCS

Insert the main shaft into the base of the motor unit, position the jug and lock into place by turning 90^ clockwise. Select the blade to be used, and place it on top of the main shaft. Close the lid and lock into place by turning 30^ clockwise. Remove the pusher and start inserting the food through the hole. Only use the pusher supplied.

To access the processed foods, remove the jar from the motor unit, rotate the lid 30^ anti-clockwise and remove the blade. You can now access the processed foods.

JUICER

Insert the main shaft into the base of the motor unit, position the jug and lock into place by turning 90^ clockwise. Place the juicer attachment and lock by turning 30^ clockwise. Use the minimum speed.

When juicing is finished, remove the jar and pull out the juicer to serve.

Lacor

MINICUTTER

This accessory allows you to cut and chop small quantities of vegetables or fruits.

Insert the main shaft into the base of the motor unit, position the jug and lock into place by turning 90^ clockwise. Place the transparent container for this accessory on the main shaft of the jug and insert the blade. Insert the fruits or vegetables that you want to chop, or you can add them later by using the tube in the jug lid. Fix the lid on the jug by turning 30^ clockwise. Adjust the speed as required

SMOOTHIE MAKER

This accessory allows you to blend all kinds of fruit or vegetables. Insert the main shaft into the base of the motor unit, position the jug and lock into place by turning 90^ clockwise. Attach the black container of this accessory to the main shaft of the jug, put the lid in place and secure by turning 30^ clockwise. Insert the fruits or vegetables into the slot and press using the pusher supplied.

The resulting liquid or juice is automatically deposited into the jug, so to access it you must remove the smoothie attachment.

To clean this accessory, remove the filter by rotating 30^ inside the black container.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

MAINTENANCE:

1.- Ensure the cooler is unplugged before cleaning or if the cooler is not in use.
2.- To clean the cooler use only mild detergentsleaning products. Never use harsh detergents or solvents.
3.- Keep appliance away from any heat source or direct sunlight.
4.- The multifunction robot is an electrical appliance. To avoid injury or death from electrical shock do not operate the wine cooler with wet hands, while standing on a wet surface or while standing in water.
5.- Do not use outdoors or in wet conditions.

CLEANING::

1.- Once the blender has been used, switch off the engine and disconnect the plug, dismantle the pieces to wash them in water, dry them, and assemble them again.
2.- The main body cannot be washed in water. Clean it only with a damp cloth.
3.- Make sure that the appliance is stored in a dry, well-ventilated place, free from dampness.
