This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty. DO9173J CLEANING PRIOR TO FIRST USE Prior to using the appliance, it is recommended that the parts be washed first in order to remove any residues of the production process
1. Unwind the electrical cord and plug in the unit. 2. Place a glass or bowl under the juice outlet for the juice. 3. Cut the fruit in the centre. 4. Press down the juice outlet for opening and the juice can flow out. 5. Raise the handle with the mould. 6. Place the fruit on the head and press it down. 7. Press for 15 sec. than let the unit rest for 15 sec. 8. Click the juice outlet up before removing the glass. Now the drips can’t flow out anymore. CLEANING • When the operation has finished, unplug the unit. • Raise the handle and push the mould out of the handle via the recess provided. Remove the sieve and the press cone as well. • Clean the parts under running water. • Remove the dish. • Clean the mould, the sieve and the dish in warm water with a mild detergent. • Clean the outside of the unit with a soft dry cloth. • Never immerse the unit in water. Follow the next steps to re-install the juicer: 1. Put the mould in the handle. 2. Put the head in the sieve and put them together in the dish. 3. Put these components completely in the juicer with a diagonal movement.
PROBLEM SHOOTING When problems occur with the unit check below problems and their solutions. If the problem isn’t solved, get in contact with the distributor or his after sales service.
The unit doesn’t operate when pressing the head.
