BEFORE USAGE
Clean your beaters and dough hooks before using them for the first time.
When you plug in the accessories into
the device, be sure the speed is set at 0 and the power supply cord is not plugged in.
USE
This device has two beaters and two dough hooks that both have a different function:
- Beaters are used to beat or whisk. You can use these to mix (saues or batter), make frothy foods (beating egg whites or whipped cream) or combine (mixing of two fluids that will not bind on their own).
- Dough hooks are used to knead dough. Important to note is how you place them into the device. One of the two dough hooks has a 'crown' at the end of its rod which makes it only fit into the large opening at the bottom of the device. Always plug in the dough hook with the crown into the large opening and the other dough hooks should be plugged into the small opening. This improves the way the dough is kneaded.

- Place the power supply cord into the plug.
- Place, depending on the quantities you are using, all ingredients into a big enough bowl, pot or measuring cup.
- Immerse the beaters or dough hooks into the bowl and start the device by setting the speed selection switch in one of five positions.
- The turbo button will give you full power immediately.
- After using the device, return the speed selection switch to 0.
Attention: Use the device for max 5 minutes continuously and max 1 minute at full power. Otherwise, you might overheat the motor and the device might be damaged.
Attention: When kneading dough, you should start at a lower speed setting and
only gradually increase the speed until you reach the max speed.
- Pull the power supply cord from the plug carefully.
- Eject the beaters or dough hooks carefully by using the proper button.
Attention: You can only use the eject button when the speed is set at 0, this to prevent accidents from happening.
Attention: When ejecting the accessories, never aim the bottom side of the device at your or someone else's face, this again to prevent accidents from happening.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
- Pull the power supply cable from the plug in a careful manner and let the device cool off entirely before you start cleaning it.
- Remove all food rests from the device, the power supply cable and accessories.
Always use a damp, moist cloth to clean the outside of the device before drying it off. - Wash the dough hooks and beaters in warm soapy water and subsequently dry them off. The beaters and dough hooks may be washed and dried in the dishwasher.
Attention: Never immerse the device or power supply cable in water or any other liquid.
TIPS & TRICKS
- Ingredients that are stored away in the refridgerator, such as butter or eggs, are best mixed at room temperature. Therefore we advise you to remove them from your refridgerator in due time when you plan on mixing them later.
- To be sure you do not have any little pieces of egg shell in your batter or whisked eggs, break the eggs away from the bowl you will use later. Remove the egg shells there and only then mix the egg whites or yolks.
- Do not beat your ingredients too hard. Follow the recipes to the letter, making sure you always mix your ingredients at the right time/for the right duration.
- Always start mixing at the lower speeds to gradually increase the advised speed setting mentioned in the recipe.
