How to connect the PICCOLLO EDISION decoder?

Connect the satellite cable to the LNB IN input or the antenna to ANTENNA IN. Connect the decoder to the TV via HDMI or AV. Plug in the DC IN power supply.

What to do if I receive no signal?

Check the cable connections and antenna alignment. Make sure the tuner is set to the correct satellite or network. Perform a channel search.

How to update the decoder software?

Download the firmware from the EDISION website, place it on a USB drive, insert it into the USB port, and follow the Update menu in settings.

Can I record TV programs?

Yes, connect a USB flash drive or external hard drive to the USB port. Use the Recording function from the remote control or menu.

Why does the picture skip or freeze?

This may be due to a weak signal. Check the weather, antenna alignment, and connections. Try restarting the decoder.

How to reset the decoder to factory settings?

Go to the Settings menu > Reset > Factory. Confirm with the default PIN code (0000).

What video formats are supported?

The decoder supports HD (1080i/p) and SD formats. For USB playback, it accepts MP4, AVI, MKV, and TS formats.

How to use the parental control function?

Activate parental control in the Security menu. Set a PIN code and lock channels by age or categories.

Does the decoder heat up normally?

A slight warmth is normal. Ensure the ventilation slots are not blocked and place the decoder in a well-ventilated area.

2. Connect Edision OS mini to your TV set using HDMI cable or a RCA cable.

Use an HDMI or Component cable in order to view HD.

1. Connect the coaxial cable (from the satellite dish) to the LNB INPUT of Edision OS mini, alternatively the aerial cable of your cable network operator or of your DVB T Antenna to the Antenna In Input.
2. Power on the Edision OS mini.
3. After booting up, Initial setup menu comes up for the installation according to your TV settings and Antenna settings.
