1) INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Keep this guide with your appliance. If the appliance is ever sold or transferred to another person, ensure that the new owner receives this user guide. Please familiarise yourself with these recommendations before installing and using your appliance. They have been written for your own safety as well as the safety of others.
a) Safety recommendations
Safety tips when connecting the appliance:
- This appliance is intended for household use only. It can only be used in covered, closed and warmed environment such as kitchen or a room with the same specifications.
- After removing the packaging, check that the appliance is in good condition and especially that the power cord is not damage. In doubt, contact the nearest After Sales Service.
- Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the electric power supply is compatible with the power rating and voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance.

The use of adaptors, multiple sockets or extension cables is not recommended. If theses elements were essential, only use adapters or extension cable that comply with the safety standards.

Place the appliance on a dry, stable and smooth surface.
- Children shall not use this appliance.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
Safety tips when using the appliance:
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Use this appliance only to prepare food.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is turned on because it can be dangerous.
- Never pull the cord but unplug by holding the plug.
- Always disconnecting the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Be careful, the blades are very sharp; take them carefully to avoid cutting yourself.
- Do not fill the bowl above the maximum level.
- Do not remove the bowl from motor base whilst the appliance is in operation.

Never put your hand in the bowl or other object when it is functioning. If necessary, unplug the appliance and use a spatula to remove food stuck in the bowl.

Avoid touching the sharp blades, especially when the appliance is plugged in.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance's manufacturer may cause hazard or injury.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning and allow the appliance to cool down.
- The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped. This product is covered by your distributor. For more details, please refer to the warranty conditions supplied.
- To protect against electric shock, do not place the base unit in water or other liquid.
- Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean your mincer.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Improper use:
- Use this appliance only for its intended uses as described in manual.
- The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use.
- The appliance is intended for domestic use only in private housing environments. The use of this appliance in common or professional's area such as
staff kitchen areas in shop, offices and other working environments; by clients in hotels, motels and restaurants or any other shops; by clients in kitchen areas or campsite; are not a proper us as defined by the manufacturer.

c) Protecting the environment

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed with household waste. It must be taken to a special local authority waste collection centre or to a company providing this service. Disposing household appliances separately avoids possible negative effects on the environment and health and enables the constituent materials to be recycled which saves energy and resources.

b) Before the first use
- When unpacking your unit, make sure that you carefully remove all of the packaging materials.
- Wash the bowl and blade with soapy water. Wipe the main body with a damp cloth. Then, dry all the parts carefully.
3) USING YOUR APPLIANCE
a) Functioning
- Place the appliance on a dry, stable and smooth surface.
- Insert the blades (5) on the central axis of the glass chopping bowl (6).
- Cut food into small pieces and pour into the glass chopping bowl. Do not fill above maximum level.
- Put the safety cover (3) on the bowl. If the sealing ring (4) has not been fixed on the safety cover, thank you to do it.
- Put the main body (2) on the glass chopping bowl (6).
- Plug the appliance.
- Press the button (1) to start the process.
! Don't run the motor for more than 30 seconds or it may overheat.
! Always hold the main body while you press the button.
! Do not cut ingredients to liquid such as water
The appliance will not start if the different parts are not properly assembled.
- Release the button to switch off the mincer.
! Wail until the blades stop rotating completely before removing the cover.
- Unplug the appliance. Then, remove the main body of the glass chopping bowl. You can now remove the blades and empty the food of the glass chopping bowl.
b) Preparation guide

c) Tips for use
- For hard food (example: cheese) cut into small pieces to avoid blocking the blades.
- Press by small pressure the button.
- If the food stuck on the bowl, peel the ingredients using a spatula, spread them in the bowl and make 2 or 3 additional pulses.
4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
! Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wash the glass chopping bowl and the blades with soapy water. Then, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Note: You can also wash theses two parts in dishwasher.
- Wipe the main body with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly. Never immerse this part in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean your mincer.
