a) Functioning
- Put oil, cheese or any other ingredients in the fondue pot. Be careful to comply with "MIN/MAX" level listed on the fondue pot.
Note: the liquid to be used for the fondue set shall be pre-heated first on an oven and then filled into the Fondue pot in order to achieve the best performance.

- Place the fondue with the lid in place, on top of the hot plate.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Set the temperature by sliding the temperature control. The preheating temperature depends on the recipe.
- When the ingredients reach the preheating temperature (approx. 10 minutes, depending on the amount of ingredients, the initial temperature and the type of ingredient) the indicator light goes off and the fondue will automatically set an on- and-off cycle in order to maintain the selected temperature.
- Gently put the forks into the pot, with a small piece of food on the tip of the fork.
- When the food is to taste, remove it by holding the handle of the fork. Be careful as the metal parts of the fork will be hot and the tips of the forks are very sharp. Do not eat the food directly off the forks.
- When you have finished cooking, turn the appliance off by sliding the temperature control to the MIN position. Unplug the fondue.
