BEFORE USING YOUR FRIDGE
General warnings
WARNING: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
WARNING: To avoid a hazard due to the instability of the appliance, it must be fixed in accordance with the instructions.
- If your appliance uses R600a as a refrigerant – you can learn this information from the label on the cooler- you should be careful during shipment and montage to prevent your appliance's cooler elements from being damaged. Although R600a is a environmental friendly and natural gas, as it is explosive, in case of a leakage to be occurred due to a damage in the cooler elements move your fridge from open flame or heat sources and ventilate the room where the appliance is located for a few minutes.
- While carrying and positioning the fridge, do not give damage to the cooler gas circuit.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments,
- farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments,
- bed and breakfast type environments,

catering and similar non-retail applications.

If the socket does not match the refrigerator plug, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- A specially grounded plug has been connected to the power cable of your refrigerator. This plug should be used with a specially grounded socket of 16 amperes. If there is no such socket in your house, please have it installed by an authorized electrician.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance, shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is demaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Safety Instructions

- If this appliance is to replace an old refrigerator with a lock; break or remove the lock as a safety measure before storing it, to protect children while playing might lock themselves inside.
- Old refrigerators and freezers contain insulation gases and refrigerant, which must be disposed of properly. Entrust the disposal of a scrap unit categorically to competence of your local waste disposal service and contact your local authority or your dealer if you have any questions. Please ensure that the pipe of work of your refrigerating unit does not get damaged prior to being picked-up by the relevant waste disposal service.
Important note:
Please read this booklet before installing and switching on this appliance. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for incorrect installation and usage as described in this booklet.

Please ask your municipal authority about the disposal of the WEEE for the reuse, recycle and recovery purposes.
Safety warnings
- Do not use multiple receptacles or extension cord.
- Do not plug in damaged, torn or old plugs.
- Do not pull, bend or damage the cord.


- This appliance is designed for use by adults, do not allow children to play with the appliance or let them to hang over the door.
- Do not plug-in or out the plug from the receptacle with wet hands to prevent electrocution!
- Do not place explosive or flammable material in your fridge for your safety. Place drinks with higher alcohol amount vertically and by closing their necks tightly in the fridge department.

Installing and Operating your Fridge
Before starting to use your fridge, you should pay attention to the following points:

Operating voltage for your fridge is 220 - 240V at 50Hz .
-
Before starting to use your fridge, please call the nearest Authorized service and get help on the installation, operation and usage of your fridge.
-
We do not take the responsibility of the damages that occur due to ungrounded usage.
-
Place your fridge in a place that it would not be exposed to direct sunlight.
-
Your appliance should be at least 50~cm away from stoves, ovens and heater cores, and should be at least 5cm away from electrical ovens.
-
It should never be used outdoors or left under the rain.
-
When your fridge is placed next to a deep freezer, there should be at least 2 cm between them to prevent humidity on the outer surface. Do not place anything on your fridge, and install your fridge in a suitable place so that at least 15 cm is available on the upper side.
-
If you will place your fridge next to your kitchen cabinets, leave a space of 2 cm between them.
-
Fit the plastic wall spacers to the condenser at the back of the fridge in order to prevent cleaning to the wall for good performance.
-
Install the distance adjustment plastic (the part with black vanes at the rear) by turning it 90^ to prevent the condenser from touching the wall.
-
Fridge should be placed against a wall with a free distance not exceeding 75 ~mm .
-
The adjustable front legs should be stabilized in an appropriate height to allow your fridge operate in a stable and proper way. You can adjust the legs by turning them clockwise (or in the opposite direction). This should be done before placing food in the fridge.
-
Before using your fridge, wipe all parts with warm water added with a tea spoonful of sodium bicarbonate, and then rinse with clean water and dry. Place all parts after cleaning.
Before Using your Fridge
-
When it is operated for the first time or after transportation, keep your fridge in the upright position for 3 hours and plug it on to allow efficient operation. Otherwise, you may damage the compressor.

Your fridge may have a smell when it is operated for the first time; the smell will fade away when your fridge starts to cool.




USAGE INFORMATION
Display and control panel

- It enables the setting value of fridge to be modified and super cool mode to be activated if desired. Cooler maybe set to 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2^ , SC.
- It enables the modes (economy...) to be activated if desired.
- It is fridge set value screen.
- It is super cooling indicator.
- lIt is super cool mode symbol.
- It is child-lock symbol.
- It is economy mode symbol.
- It is alarm symbol.
Operating your Fridge
Temperature adjustment and activating SUPER COOLING Mode
Initial temperature value for Cooler Setting Indicator is +4^ .
- Press set button once.
- When you first push this button, the last value appears on the setting indicator of the cooler.
- Whenever you press on this button, lower temperature will be set. (+8^, +7C, +6^, +5^, +4^, +3^, +2^.
- If you continue to press, it will restart from +8^ C .
- The temperature value selected before Super Cool Mode or Economy Mode is activated will remain the same when the mode is over or cancelled. The appliance continues to operate with this temperature value.

Recommended Temperature Values for Fridge

Super Cooling Mode
- To cool plenty of food
- To cool foods rapidly
How to use;
- Press mode button until SC letters will be seen on and circle appears around Super Cool symbol.
- the screen. Buzzer will sound beep beep. Mode will be set.
- Cooler temperature segment will show "SC".
During this mode:
Economy mode can not be selected.
- Super cool mode can be cancelled by the same operation of selecting.

Economy mode
How would it be used?
- Push "mode button" till a circle appears around economy symbol.
- If no pressed any button for 1 sec. Mode will be set. Circle will blink 3 times. When mode is set, buzzer will sound beep beep.
- Temperature segment will show "E".
- Circle of economy symbol and E will light till mode finishes.
During this mode:
- Temperature may be adjusted. When economy mode will be cancelled, the selected setting values will proceed.
- Super Cool mode can be selected after cancelling the economy mode. Then the selected mode is activated.
- To cancel, you will just need to press on mode button.

Screen saver mode
How to use?
- This mode will be activated when you press on mode button for 5 seconds.
- If pressed on no button in 5 seconds when he mode is active, lights of the control panel will go off.
- If you press any button when lights of control panel are off, the current settings will appear on the screen, and then you can maket he adjustment as you want.
- If you neither cancel screen saver mode nor press on any button in 5 seconds, the control panel will go off again.
- To cancel screen saver mode press on mode button for 5 seconds again.
- When screen saver mode is active you can also activate child lock.
- If you do not press any button for 5 seconds after activating child lock, the lights of the control panel will go off. Then, you can view the previous settings and that child lock symbol is active when you press any button, and you can cancel child lock as is described in the instruction of that mode.

Function of Child lock
When would it be used?
- To prevent children from playing with the buttons and changing the settings you have made, child lock is available in the appliance.
Activating Child Lock
- Press on Cooler button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Deactivating Child Lock
- Press on Cooler button simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Note: Child lock will also be deactivated if electricity is interrupted or the fridge is unplugged.
Warnings about Temperature Adjustments
- Your temperature adjustments will not be deleted when an energy breakdown occurs.
- Do not pass to another adjustment before completing an adjustment
- Temperature adjustments should be made according to the frequency of door openings, the quantity of food kept inside the fridge and ambient temperature of the place of your fridge.
- Your fridge should be operated up to 24 hours according to the ambient temperature without interruption after being plugged in to be completely cooled.
- Do not open doors of your fridge frequently and do not place much food inside it in this period.
- A 5 minute delaying function is applied to prevent damage to the compressor of your fridge, when you take the plug off and then plug it on again to operate it or when an energy breakdown occurs. Your fridge will start to operate normally after 5 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Make sure to unplug the fridge before starting to clean it.

- Do not wash your fridge by pouring water.
- You can wipe the inner and outer sides with a soft cloth or a sponge using warm and soapy water.
- Remove the parts individually and clean with soapy water. Do not wash in washing machine.
- Never use flammable, explosive or corrosive material like thinner, gas, acid for cleaning.


Make sure that your fridge is unplugged while cleaning.
Defrosting


- Defrosting occurs automatically in refrigerator compartment during operation; the defrost water is collected by the evaporating tray and evaporates automatically.
- The evaporating tray and the defrost water drain hole should be cleaned periodically with defrost drain plug to prevent the water from collecting on the bottom of the refrigerator instead of flowing out.
- You can also pour 12 glass of the water to drain hole to clean inside.
SHIPMENT AND REPOSITIONING
- Original package and foam may be kept for re-transportation (optionally).
- You should fasten your fridge with thick package, bands or strong cords and follow the instructions for transportation on the package for re-transportation.
- Remove movable parts (shelves, accessories, vegetable bins etc.) or fix them into the fridge against shocks using bands during re-positioning and transportation.
Carry your fridge in the upright position.

Repositioning the door
- It is not possible to change the opening direction of your fridge door, if the door handles on your fridge are installed from the front surface of the door.
- It is possible to change the opening direction of the door on models without any handles.
- If the door opening direction of your fridge may be changed, you should contact the nearest Authorised Service to have the opening direction changed.
BEFORE CALLING SERVICE
If your fridge is not operating ;
- Is there any electrical faults?
- Is the plug is placed properly in the receptacle?
- Is the fuse of the receptacle that the plug is plugged or the main fuse blown?
- Is there any fault in the socket? Examine this by plugging your fridge into a receptacle which you are sure that is working.

Temperature Warning:
The temperature display flashes "LC" and an audible warning sounds, when the temperature in the cooler compartment is too warm.
A rise in the temperature may be caused by;
- Frequent door opening for long periods of time
- Loading with large quantities of warm foods
High ambient temperature - An error with the appliances.
CheckWarnings;
Your fridge warns you if the temperatures for cooler departments are in improper levels or when a problem occurs in the appliance. Warning codes are displayed in the cooler Department Indicators. Warning codes appear in the cooler Compartment Setting Displays.
Also a warning sound are heard.
Showing code and buzzer will continue until you pushes SET or MODE button. When you push one of these buttons, buzzer will stop. "LC" warning will be disappear in 15 minutes. You don't have to call your service, this condition may appear due to reasons above. You can keep storing your foods in your fridge. If "LC" warning will not disappear in an hour after pressing the button, you can call your service.
If your fridge is operating too loudly;
Compressor noise
- Normal motor noise. This noise means that the compressor operates normally Compressor may cause more noise for a short time when it is activated.
Bubbling noise and splash:
- This noise is caused by the flow of the refrigerant in the tubes of the system.
Air Blow Noise:
- Normal fan noise. This noise can be heard in fridge during normal operation of the system due to the circulation of air.
If humidity builds up inside the cooler;
- Are all food packed properly? Are the containers dried before placing them in the fridge?
- Is the ridge door opened frequently? Humidity of the room gets in the fridge when the doors are opened. Humidity build up will be faster when you open the doors more frequently, especially if the humidity of the room is high.
- Building up of water drops on the rear wall after automatic defrosting is normal. (in Static Models)
If the door is not opened and closed properly;
- Do the food packages prevent closing of the door?
- Are the door compartments, shelves and drawers placed properly?
- Are door joints broken or torn?
- Is your fridge on a level surface?
If your fridge is not cooling enough;
- Your fridge is designed to operate in the ambient temperature intervals stated in the standards, according to the climate class stated in the information label. We do not recommend operating your fridge out of stated temperatures value limits in terms of cooling effectiveness.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Compressor protection function will be activated after sudden power breakdowns or after unplugging the appliance, because the gas in the cooling system is not stabilized yet. Your appliance will start after 5 minutes, there is nothing to worry about.
- If you will not use your fridge for a long time (e.g. in summer holidays) unplug it. Clean your fridge according to chapter "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" and leave the door open to prevent humidity and smell.
- If the problem persists after you have followed all the instructions above, please consult to the nearest Authorized service.
Replacing The Light LED
You should contact the nearest Authorized Service.
The lifetime of your appliance stated and declared by the Department of the Industry is 10 years (the period for retaining parts required for the proper functioning of the appliance).

- This appliance is designed for use at an ambient temperature within the 16^ - 43^ range.
- The appliance is designed in compliance with the IEC60335-1 / IEC60335-2-24, 2004/108/EC standards.
Tips for saving energy
- Install the appliance in a cool, well ventilated room, but not in direct sunlight and not near heat source (radiator, cooker.. etc.). Otherwise use an insulating plate.
- Allow warm food and drinks to cool down outside the appliance.
- When placing, drinks and liquids they must be covered. Otherwise humidity increases at the appliance. Therefore the working time gets longer. Also covering drinks and liquids helps preserve the smell and taste.
- When placing food and drinks, open the appliance door as briefly as possible.
- Keep the covers closed of any different temperature compartment in the appliance (crisper, chiller ...etc.).
- Door gasket must be clean and pliable. Replace gaskets if worn.
