Tips for the user

CAUTION!
The refrigerator-flash freezer can not be used as a normal refrigerator!

CAUTION!
Do not place food products in the unit which have a temperature above 70^ , as the high pressure alarm may be activated.
- For best results, we recommend pre-cooling of the unit by leaving it turned on until the conservation temperature is reached.
- To avoid damaging the unit, proceed in accordance with the following recommendations:
Do not place warm food products inside the unit;
Activate the appropriate cycle immediately after placing a food product into the unit;
Avoid covering or closing containers (this includes isolation foil), as quickest and best results are achieved with the largest possible surface area;Do not overfill the unit (cooling: 8 kg, freezing: 3 kg);
Leave an appropriate amount of space between containers in order to ensure the best possible circulation;
Never place hot containers directly on the bottom of the unit – they should rest on special grates.

CAUTION!
Regularly monitor the condensation container and empty it as necessary.
Properties of food products for rapid cooling / freezing
It should be remembered that cycles begin at an average temperature of +70^ (cooling cycle from +70^ to +3^ ; freezing cycle from +70^ to -18^ ), therefore it is important to proceed in accordance with the following instructions:
- food products which are to be cooled or frozen can not be stored for long periods at room temperature; as more moisture is lost, it is less likely the product will be conserved appropriately.
- place products at a temperature of +70^ into the refrigerator-flash freezer.
