What products are included in the Franke Chronos range?

The Chronos range includes hand dryers, soap dispensers (manual and electronic), paper towel dispensers (manual and electronic), mirrors, waste bins of various capacities, toilet roll holders (single, double, jumbo), soap dishes, pictograms and hooks.

What material is used for Chronos products?

The products are mainly made of stainless steel with a satin brushed finish. Some models like the countertop soap dispenser (SD80) are made of chromed brass.

Do electronic dispensers operate on mains power or batteries?

The hand dryer (ARTH310) operates on mains power (230V, 50Hz). The electronic soap dispenser (CHRX625) uses 6 AA 1.5V batteries. The electronic towel dispenser (CHRX630) uses 4 D 1.5V batteries.

What is the capacity of the electronic soap dispenser?

The tank has a capacity of 800 ml of liquid soap.

How to install the products?

All products are designed for wall mounting. Stainless steel screws and plugs are included. For mirrors, the brackets are concealed to prevent theft.

What locking key is used?

Most products are equipped with a cylinder lock with a standard Franke key. Some models (CHRX669, CHRX670) use an Allen key.

How to clean stainless steel accessories?

Use a soft cloth with soapy water or a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive or chlorine-containing products. For fingerprints, stainless steel polish can be used.

What types of paper are recommended for the towel dispenser?

The BS600P dispenser accepts Z-fold towels (two-ply). The electronic dispenser CHRX630 accepts paper rolls with a maximum width of 210 mm and diameter of 220 mm.

Is there a warranty or certifications?

Franke Sissons products are certified ISO9001:2000 and comply with Australian standards. The Chronos range is designed for heavy use in public spaces.

Where can I buy soap refills or towels?

Liquid soap refills are available under references S01L (1 liter, minimum quantity of 6) and S010L (10 liter canister). Folded towels are sold in packs of 168 pieces (ref. FH68), only by carton of 20 packs.
