What is the maximum pressure of the PE 200TE compressor?

The maximum pressure is 330 bar. A 225 bar version is also available as an option.

What type of oil should be used for lubrication?

Use a special high-pressure air compressor oil recommended by BAUER (for example, BAUER S 200 oil). Refer to the manual for oil change intervals.

How to drain condensate?

The PE 200TE can be optionally equipped with an automatic condensate drain. Without this option, manual draining is necessary via the drain valve on the separator.

What is the air filter change frequency?

The air filter should be changed every 500 operating hours or according to the B-TIMER indication (optional). Check for clogging regularly.

Can the compressor be used on a boat?

Yes, thanks to the oil pump allowing tilt up to 15°, the PE 200TE is suitable for onboard use.

How to connect the compressor?

The compressor operates on three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz. Connect it via a suitable power cable to a residual-current circuit breaker. A motor protection switch is provided.

What filling accessories are included?

The standard version includes a filling device for one cylinder. Options allow adding a second hose or a 4-connection filling panel.

How to interpret the hour meter?

The hour meter displays total operating hours. It is used to plan preventive maintenance (oil change, filter replacement) every 500 hours or as per the manual.

Is the compressor quiet?

The noise level is not specified, but the compressor is designed for compact and robust operation. For precise noise levels, refer to the data sheet or use hearing protection.

What is the lifespan of piston rings?

THE TE-RANGE

Transportable, for mobile applications.

The PE 200 / 250 / 300 TE models offer the optimum price/performance ratio. Due to their compact construction, the units are easy to transport and to load into vehicles. The oil pump allows inclinations up to 15° , therefore making these models most suitable for use on board of ships.

THE HE-RANGE

Horizontal design, for a space-saving installation.

The PE 250 / 300-HE horizontal models are by far the most compact high pressure breathing air compressors in their class. Due to the space-saving arrangement of block and drive, the HE range requires a minimum of floor space although offering high capacities.

The standard version comes already equipped with automatic condensate drain and easy-to-use control.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

A control in conjunction with the final pressure cutout controls the independent shut-off of the compressor when final pressure is reached.

Convenience in use is achieved by means of an automatic condensate drain: the condensate is drained when the unit is switched on and off, as well as at regular intervals during operation.
Hour counter for reading off the pending maintenance and service intervals.

A filter technology perfected over a decade guarantees breathing air of superior quality acc. to DIN EN 12021.
