How to correctly install the LFV449K range hood?
The installation must be carried out at a height of 65 to 75 cm above the cooking surface. Safety distances must be respected and use appropriate wall plugs for your wall support. Make sure to connect the air exhaust if you are using extraction mode.
How to clean the grease filters?
The aluminum filters can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand with hot water and detergent. Allow them to dry completely before putting them back in place. We recommend cleaning every 2 months to maintain optimal performance.
What is the recommended installation height?
For a wall-mounted range hood, the distance between the cooking surface and the bottom of the hood should be 65 to 75 cm for electric cookers and 75 to 80 cm for gas cookers.
How to replace the LED bulb?
The lighting uses integrated LED bulbs. To replace them, first cut off the power supply, then unclip the protection panel. Remove the defective bulb and replace it with an identical bulb of type GU10 3W.
How to switch from extraction mode to recirculation mode?
If you cannot exhaust the air outside, you can use recirculation mode. You must install an activated carbon filter (not included). Follow the instructions in the manual to attach the carbon filter above the air outlet.
What is the noise level of the range hood?
The noise level varies depending on the speed. At maximum speed, it reaches approximately 58 dB, which corresponds to normal conversation. At minimum speed, the level is reduced to about 40 dB.
How to use the timer?
The timer allows you to schedule the automatic shut-off of the hood after a certain duration. Press the timer button and set the time with the +/- buttons. The hood will turn off automatically at the end of the countdown.
