How many sheets can I punch at once with the Vevor PBS-1?

With the PBS-1, you can punch up to 12 sheets of paper (80 g/m²) at once. For thicker paper, reduce the number accordingly.

What types of binding combs can I use with the device?

The PBS-1 is designed for plastic binding combs with 21 holes. All common comb sizes from 6 mm to 14 mm spine width are suitable.

How do I remove an existing binding?

Use the integrated unbinding tool: place the comb on the unbinding rail and pull the handle down. This opens the comb and allows you to remove the sheets.

How do I adjust the margin depth?

The device has 4 margin depths (2.5 / 3.5 / 4.5 / 5.5 mm). Turn the adjustment knob on the rear until the desired marking points to the arrow.

How do I clean the PBS-1?

Remove dirt and paper remains after each use with a soft brush. Wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth; never use aggressive cleaning agents.

Is the PBS-1 suitable for frequent office use?

Yes, the PBS-1 is designed for medium to heavy use in the office. The metal mechanism ensures stability and durability with regular use.

Can I punch thinner or thicker paper as well?

Yes, the device processes paper from approximately 60 to 200 g/m². For thicker paper or films, the number of sheets per punching operation must be reduced to obtain clean holes.

Does the device require power?

No, the PBS-1 is fully manual and does not require a power connection. This makes it flexible to use at any workstation.

What maintenance is required?

No special maintenance is required. Keep the punching channels free of paper remnants, do not oil any parts, and store the device in a dry place.
