The new Remington Bath Massage Pillow can be used in or out of the tub - wet or dry. Its soothing, 2-speed vibrating massage provides relaxation to neck, shoulder, and upper back muscles in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the operating instructions prior to use to ensure maximum satisfaction when using your new Bath Massage Pillow.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING. DANGER

To reduce the risk of electric shock:

1. Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after charging and before use in the tub.
2. Do not use an extension cord with this product.
3. Do not place or store this product with charging unit plugged in where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
4. Do not place or drop charging unit into water or other liquid.
5. Do not reach for this product with charging unit plugged in if it has fallen into water, unplug it immediately.
6. Always unplug charging unit before cleaning or removing terry cloth cover.
7. Only use Remington supplied charging unit to charge this product. Do not attempt to plug any cord directly into this product.
8. This product must be in the "off" position before placing on charging unit.

WARNING

To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury to persons:

1. This product is for household use only.
2. Once the product is fully charged, remove the charging unit from the bath pillow and immediately insert the waterproof plug guard into the charging connector. This plug guard should always be in place when the unit is not being charged to prevent damage to the unit.
3. Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4. Never use while sleeping.
5. Do not carry this product by the supply cord or use cord as a handle.
6. Always unplug from outlet before putting on or taking off parts.
7. Always pull on adapter plug to unplug from wall socket. Never pull on electric cord.
8. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or people with poor blood circulation.
9. Never use this product on an infant.
10. Never use on areas with sensitive skin.
11. Check skin under pad frequently for any skin irritation.
12. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
13. Do not sit on or crush pad. Avoid sharp folds.
14. Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by Remington.
15. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug; if it is not working properly; if it has been dropped or damaged; or if the charging unit has been dropped into water. Return the product to Remington Customer Service for examination and repair or replacement.
16. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
17. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
18. To disconnect, press switch to the off position, then remove plug from the outlet.
19. Do not plug or unplug this product when hands are wet.

PLEASE NOTE:

Do not use this product if any of the following conditions are present:

1. Any area that is swollen, burned or inflamed, or where skin eruptions or ulcerated sores are present.
2. Any area that is anesthetized unless approved by your physician.
3. On the abdomen if any pain is present.
4. On legs with varicose veins.
5. Any area with unexplained pain.
6. On or near the carotid artery on the left or right side of the neck.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. This product is designed to work on rechargeable batteries. Be sure to unplug from the charging unit prior to wet or dry use.
2. Immediately after unplugging this product from the charging unit, insert the waterproof plug guard into the charging connector. This plug guard should always be in place when the unit is not being charged to prevent water damage to the unit.
3. Make sure the switch is in the "OFF" position.
4. Place the pillow behind your back and wrap the "arms" of the pillow around you; drape them over your shoulders; or place the "arms" and "body" of the pillow behind you. then lay back against the bath pillow.
5. Ease tight muscles by using the lower setting first. Once the muscles are loosened, turn to the higher setting.
6. Do not use for more than 15 minutes.
7. Turn the unit off when not in use.
8. Remove the pillow from the water and allow to dry completely before storing away. The terry cloth cover is removable for easy cleaning.
9. One charge should last 2 hours.
10. This product takes 12 hours to completely charge. Please remove from the charging unit once the product is fully charged.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove cover and clean the unit with a damp cloth and a mild soap.
2. Keep charging unit connector clear of lint, hair, water, etc.
3. Hand wash terry cloth cover with a mild detergent. Line dry.
4. Be sure unit and cover are completely dry before storing away.

FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY

Remington Products Company, L.L.C. warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a two-year period from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of charge. We will return your product, transportation charges prepaid, provided it is delivered prepaid to: Remington Products Company, L.L.C., 60 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604, Attention: Customer Service Department. Include a letter indicating the reason for the return.

REMITTING SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages.

If within 90 days after you have purchased your Remington bath massage pillow, you are not satisfied and would like a refund, take back the item and sales slip indicating purchase price and date of purchase to the retailer from whom the item was purchased.
