Why won't my coffee maker turn on?
Check that the plug is connected and the switch is in the on position. If the indicator light does not come on, the thermal fuse may have blown; contact customer service.
Coffee flows very slowly, what should I do?
This may be due to a dirty filter or a need for descaling. Clean the permanent filter and perform a full descaling.

My coffee maker turns off automatically, is this normal?
Yes, the automatic shut-off function activates after 30 minutes to save energy and ensure safety. You can turn it back on by pressing the power button.
