2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. 3. OPERATION

1. Place the appliance on a stable surface.
2. Put the ingredients into the jug and then close the lid.
3. If you are adding solid ingredients, cut them into slightly smaller pieces first, add water before mixing, and close the lid by turning it clockwise.

4. Fix the jug to the blender body by turning it clockwise, taking into account the positioning mark.

5. Connect the blender to the mains.

6. Select the desired speed. If you are going to mix hard foods, we recommend that you choose the second speed.
7. When you have finished using the blender, turn the knob back to position 0. Then, disconnect it from the mains and remove the mixture.
8. Remove the jug from the blender body by turning it counterclockwise.
9. Clean the jug and blades and store the blender in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

Operating tips

• The blender is equipped with a safety device, if the jug is not correctly positioned, it will not start.
• To avoid accidents, do not use any objects that could activate the safety device.
• Do not mix only foods that do not contain water.

Operating speeds

• PULSE mode: it is used to operate the blender at maximum speed. This level is activated by lowering the lever as far as possible. It shall be deactivated when the lever returns to its initial position.
• LOW speed: It is used to mix foods and grind softer foods.
• HIGH speed: It is used to grind all types of food.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

• To clean the blades properly, first rinse the jug with water. Fill the jug with 400 ml of lukewarm water and add some detergent soap. Close the jug with the lid and run the machine in PULSE mode for 2 seconds at a time. Repeat the process as many times as necessary.
• To finish cleaning the blender, always switch it off and unplug the appliance from the power socket after each use and before cleaning.
• Use water to clean the jug. Do not use chemical or harsh abrasive cleaning agents.
• Do not immerse the main body of the appliance in water.
• Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the motor base. Do not clean this part with a wet cloth.
