Can the Power Titanium 1300max B blender crush ice?

Yes, thanks to its titanium blades and 1300 W motor, it can easily crush ice. Use the 'Crushed Ice' program or the pulse function.

How to clean the jug?

The jug and lid are dishwasher safe. You can also wash them by hand with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

What is the maximum liquid capacity?

The total capacity is 1.75 L. Do not exceed the maximum mark on the jug to avoid overflow.

Is the blender noisy?

Like most powerful blenders, it emits noticeable noise at high speed. Use it on a stable countertop to reduce vibrations.

Can I blend hot ingredients?

Yes, but let cool to about 60°C before blending. Never pour boiling water directly into the heat-sensitive glass jug.

How to avoid leaks?

Make sure the lid gasket is properly in place and the jug is correctly locked. Do not overload.

Does the motor heat up during use?

Slight warmth is normal. If the motor overheats, thermal protection shuts it off automatically. Let it cool for 15 minutes before reuse.

How to use the pulse function?

Briefly press the pulse button for short bursts. Ideal for coarse chopping or incorporating ingredients.

• Be careful when handling the blender blades, especially when cleaning and emptying the blending container.
• Always unplug the appliance if left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• The appliance is not intended to be used by children. Keep this appliance and its power cable out of their reach.
• The appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the working surface or worktop.
• Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and make sure it is unplugged before disassembling the appliance or handling its blade.
• Do not insert utensils into the product during operation to reduce the risk of splashing or injury. Please handle it with care.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

1. Make sure the silicone gasket is properly fitted to the blade unit.
2. Place the blade unit in the jug and ensure that it is correctly fitted.
3. Place the ingredients to be blended in the jug.
4. Place the measuring cap on the lid and turn it to tighten it.
5. Place the lid on the jug.

6. Place the jug on the main body and turn it to lock it in place.

7. Select the speed.

8. Use speed 1 for light mixtures (doughs, smoothies, scrambled eggs, among others).

9. Use speed 2 for thicker mixtures (purées, sauces, pâtés, mayonnaise, among others).
10. Use Pulse mode to operate the motor for a short period of time. To use this mode, hold the knob in this position.

Important

• To extend the lifespan of the blender, do not run it continuously for more than 60 seconds (30 seconds in Pulse mode). Switch off the appliance when the desired consistency has been achieved.
• Do not crush spices, they can damage the jug.
• The appliance will not work if the jug or blades are incorrectly positioned.
• Alternatively, you can remove the measuring cap and add the previously chopped ingredients one at a time into the jug. Place your hand on the lid during the process.
• Do not use the jug for purposes other than those specified in this instruction manual.

Tips

• Thick mixtures may need to be stirred by hand, never stir with the blender running. If it is difficult to mix, add more liquid.
• When crushing ice, add 15 ml of water for every 6 ice cubes. Run the blender for short periods of time.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Never wet or immerse the main body, cord, or plug in water.
• Make sure the jug is empty before removing the blade unit.
• No parts are dishwasher safe.
• Wipe the outer surface with a slightly damp cloth and dry it.

Cleaning the inside of the blender

• For proper cleaning of the blades:
• First, rinse the jug with water.
• Fill the jug with 400 ml of lukewarm water and add some detergent soap.
• Close the jug with the lid and run the blender in PULSE mode for 2 seconds at a time.
• Repeat the process as many times as necessary.
• To finish cleaning the blender, turn the knob to the "0" position and disconnect the appliance from the mains.
• Make sure that the blender is switched off and disconnected from the mains before cleaning.

• Use water to clean the jug. Do not use chemical or harsh abrasive cleaning agents.

• After each use, the silicone gasket must be removed and washed. Be careful when handling the blender blades.

Maintenance

If the product does not operate normally, produces uncommon noises, or shakes more than it normally does, stop using the product and contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service for repairs. Do not carry out maintenance tasks yourself.

Storage

• After cleaning the blender, make sure it is thoroughly dried before storing it.
• After using the product, store it in a dry, safe place.
• Avoid exposing the blender to direct sunlight.
• Make sure it is stored in a place out of the reach of children.
