How to set heart rate limits?

Access the HR LIMITS menu via a long press on ENTER in Clock or Training mode. You can enable/disable limits, set lower and upper values, and activate the alarm. Use UP/DOWN to change and ENTER to confirm.

How to use the stopwatch and lap times?

In Training mode, press START to start the stopwatch. During timing, press UP to record a lap time (up to 99 laps, first 30 stored). Press START again to stop, then UP to view summaries.

How to replace the watch battery?

Use a coin to open the battery compartment cover on the back. Remove the old CR2032 battery, insert the new one with the + pole facing up, sliding against the side tab. Close the cover by turning counterclockwise until tight.

What to do if heart rate does not display?

Check that the chest transmitter is positioned correctly (against the skin, electrodes moistened). Exit Training mode and re-enter it. Move away from sources of interference (power lines, magnetic devices). If the problem persists, replace the transmitter battery.

How to set my activity class?

In the PERSONAL menu (personal data settings), select act class. Choose a value from 1 to 10 based on your activity level (see table in the manual). This improves accuracy of calorie calculation and other data.

How to view training summaries and totals?

After a session, press UP in Training mode to see the summary (duration, calories, average/max HR, time in zones). In Clock mode, press UP to access totals (current and previous week, current and previous month). Use UP/DOWN to navigate.

How to set the alarm?

Access the TIME-DATE menu from settings. Select alarm, enable it, then set the hour and minutes. To stop the alarm, press BACK; any other button activates snooze (5 minutes, up to 12 times).

Is the watch waterproof for swimming?

Yes, the watch is water resistant to 30 meters (ISO 2281 standard). You can swim with it, but do not press buttons underwater. The chest transmitter is water resistant to 20 meters, but radio transmission does not work underwater.

How to clean the watch and transmitter?

Wipe with a cloth slightly dampened with warm water. For stubborn stains, use mild soap. Avoid strong chemicals (gasoline, solvents, acetone, alcohol). Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Can I use the chest transmitter with gym equipment?

Yes, the transmitter is compatible with most treadmills and exercise bikes. However, interference may occur near power lines or magnetic devices. If the signal is lost, move away from the source or temporarily exit Training mode.
