What to do if the air conditioner displays 'FL' (overflow)?

Unplug the appliance, place a container under the water outlet at the back, remove the drain plug to drain the water. Recap before the container overflows, then plug back in and turn on.

How to clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the appliance. Remove the filter, wash it with warm water (40 °C max) with a mild detergent, rinse and dry in the shade before reinserting. Clean it every two weeks.

How to set the timer?

Press the 'Timer' button until the symbol flashes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the duration from 1 to 24 hours (in one-hour steps). Press 'Timer' again to confirm.

What are the operating modes?

The appliance offers three modes: Cooling (air conditioning), Dehumidification (removes humidity), and Ventilation (air circulation without cooling). The Sleep mode optimizes comfort and energy savings.

Use the supplied kit: assemble the adapter with the gasket onto the hose, screw it onto the rear water outlet (method 1) or also connect it to the lower outlet (method 2). Place the end in a bucket or floor drain.

What do error codes E1 and E2 mean?

'E1' indicates a temperature sensor problem on the pipes, 'E2' an ambient sensor problem. In both cases, contact the after-sales service: [e-mail].

The remote control does not work, what should I do?

Check that the distance is not too far (max about 7 m) and that the remote is correctly aimed at the sensor on the unit. If the problem persists, replace the batteries (type not specified, probably AAA).

The refrigerant used in mobile air conditioners is the environmentally friendly hydrocarbon R290. This refrigerantis odorless, and compared to the alternative refrigerant, the R290 is an ozone-free refrigerant, and its effect is very low.

Please read the instructions before use and repair. The drawings provided in this manual may not be the same as the physical objects. Please refer to the physical objects.

1. Attention matters

Warning

Do not use any products to accelerate the defrosting process or to clean the air conditioner other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

• The appliance must be placed in an area free from continuous sources of ignition (e.g., open flames, gas, or operating electrical equipment).
• Do not pierce or burn.
• Be aware that refrigerant gases may be odorless.
• The appliance must be installed, used, and stored in an area larger than 7 m ² .
• Ensure that ventilation openings, both inlet and outlet, are not obstructed.
• Follow the maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer.
• Use the appliance in a well-ventilated room of a size suitable for its cooling/ventilation capacity.
• Persons operating or working on the refrigerant circuit must hold the appropriate certification issued by an accredited organization, ensuring competence in handling refrigerants according to an assessment procedure in line with industry specifications.
• Follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. Maintenance and repairs requiring assistance from another qualified person must be carried out under the supervision of someone qualified in the use of flammable refrigerants.

Notes

The air conditioner is intended for domestic use and is not suitable for any other potential applications.

1. During installation, please follow the rules for connecting to the power supply and ensure that it is properly grounded. If you have any questions regarding the electrical installation, follow the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary, seek professional assistance for the installation.

2. Place the air conditioner on a flat, dry surface, at least 50 cm away from other objects or walls.

3. After installation, make sure the plug is intact and securely connected, and ensure that the power cord is positioned so that no one can trip over it or pull the plug out accidentally.

4. Never block the air inlets or outlets with objects.

5. Check that the drainage hoses are not twisted or kinked.

6. Be careful not to damage any parts when attaching accessories to the hot air exhaust hose.

7. If you move the air conditioner, it must always remain in a horizontal position.

8. Keep away from any type of fuel, flammable gas, stoves, or other sources of heat.

9. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the air conditioner yourself, as this could cause malfunction, personal injury, or property damage. To avoid any risk, please contact the manufacturer or qualified professionals in case of malfunction.

10. Do not install the air conditioner in a bathroom or any other damp location.

11. Do not switch off the air conditioner by unplugging it from the socket.

12. Do not place glasses or other objects on the unit to avoid liquids spilling into the air conditioner.

13. Do not use insecticides or flammable substances near the air conditioner.

14. Do not use chemical products or detergents for cleaning. Clean the air conditioner with a slightly damp cloth and dry it. If the air conditioner is very dirty, use a mild detergent (such as dishwashing liquid).

15. This appliance can be used by persons aged 16 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are properly supervised or have been given instructions on the safe use of the appliance and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards. ① Power On/Off : Turn the air conditioner on or off. If the unit is off, press the button to turn it on. If it is on, press the button to turn it off.
② Cooling : When the air conditioner is on, press this button to activate the cooling function.

Note : Pressing both the "Down" and "Up" buttons simultaneously switches the temperature display between °C and °F.

③ Dehumidification: When the air conditioner is on, press this button to activate the dehumidification function. The unit will switch functions if you press other buttons.
④ Ventilation : When the air conditioner is on, press this button to activate the ventilation function.
⑤ Low fan speed: In cooling or ventilation mode, press this button to set the fan speed to low.
⑥ High fan speed : In cooling or ventilation mode, press this button to set the fan speed to high.

⑧ Sleep Mode: Sleep mode ensures continuous operation adapted to rest periods and environments where comfort and energy efficiency are a priority. In this mode, the fan operates at low speed and the compressor is activated only when the room temperature exceeds the set temperature, then stops as soon as the setpoint is reached. This automatic regulation maintains stable conditions while limiting energy consumption, thus ensuring optimal comfort with economical use of the unit.
⑨ "Down" Button: When setting the timer, press this button to decrease the time by 1 hour. In cooling mode, press this button to lower the temperature.
⑩ “Up” Button: When setting the timer, press this button to increase the time up to 24 hours. In cooling mode, press this button to raise the temperature.

Note : Press both buttons to switch between temperature adjustment and timer setting. Proceed as follows:

• When adjusting the temperature, press the "Down" or "Up" button to select the desired temperature in cooling mode (this function is not available in ventilation or dehumidification modes).
• When setting the timer, press the "Down" or "Up" button to select the required time.

⑪ Timer : If the timer is off, press this button to set it. If it is on, press this button to cancel it. Press the button, and when the timer indicator blinks, select the desired time using the "Up" and "Down" buttons. The time can be set from 1 to 24 hours and can only be adjusted in one-hour increments.
⑫ Warer Overflow Indicator: When this indactor blinks, it means the air conditioner will stop operating because the water tank is full and needs to be emptied.

The remote control is as follows :

4. Protection function

1. Anti-overflow function

When the water exceeds the alert level in the tank, the air conditioner will automatically sound an alarm, and the "FULL" indicator will flash. You will then need to move the drainage hose and connect the air conditioner to a drain or another drainage area to empty the water (for more details, refer to the Drainage Instructions at the end of this chapter). Once the water has been drained, the air conditioner will automatically restart.

2. Compressor safety device

To prolong the compressor's lifespan, the system is designed to only allow the air conditioner to restart three minutes after it has been turned off.

5. Installation and adjustment

1. Installation

Warning : The air conditioner must be kept in an upright position for at least two hours before use. Your air conditioner can be easily moved to the desired location. During transportation, make sure to keep it upright and place it on a flat surface. Do not install it in a bathroom or any other damp environment.

1.1 Install the assembled heat exhaust hose (see Fig. 1)

1. Remove the outdoor connector and exhaust hose from their plastic packaging.
2. Insert the heat exhaust hose (the jointed end of the exhaust hose) into the ventilation slot on the rear panel (screw by turning to the left) and complete the assembly (see Figure 1).

1.2. Installation of window sealing panels for sliding or sash window system

1. Open the window halfway, then install the sealing system on the window (see Figures 2 and 3). The panels can be placed either horizontally or vertically.
2. Pull apart the different parts of the window sealing system to open them, and adjust their opening distance so that both ends of the device are in contact with the window frame. Make any necessary adjustments to the different components of the device.

Installing the main unit

1. Move the air conditioner with the heat exhaust hose and connected components in front of the window, ensuring there is a distance of more than 50 cm between the unit and walls or other objects (see Figure 4).

1. Extend the heat exhaust hose and secure its flat end into the hole of the window sealing system (see Figures 5 and 6).

Notes :

1. The flat end of the heat exhaust hose must be fully inserted until it stops.
2. The hose must not be twisted or bent. Make sure the ventilation of the heat exhaust hose is not obstructed.

Important Notes :

The heat exhaust hose must have a length between 280 mm and 1500 mm, based on the air conditioner's specifications. Do not use extensions or replace it with different hoses, as this may cause malfunction. The inlet of the heat exhaust hose must not be obstructed to avoid overheating.

6. Drainage instructions

This machine has two drainage methods: manual drainage or continuous drainage.

1. Manual Drainage

Note :

To be used if it is impossible to place a water collection tray.

1. When the machine stops due to water overflow, press the power button to turn off the device, then unplug it.

Note : Be careful when moving the machine to avoid spilling the water from the reservoir into the bottom of the machine.

1. Place a container under the water outlet at the back of the machine.

2. Unscrew the drain cap and remove the rubber stopper.

The water will automatically flow into the container below.

Notes :

1. Keep the drain cap and the rubber stopper.
2. During drainage, you can slightly tilt the air conditioner backward.
3. If the container cannot hold all the water, plug the water outlet before it becomes full and as soon as possible to avoid spilling water on the floor or carpet.
4. Once the water has been drained, replace the rubber stopper and screw the drain cap back on.

2. Continuous Drainage

Continuous drainage prevents the device from shutting off during extended use and is mandatory in dehumidification mode. To use continuous drainage, a kit is provided.

To assemble your kit :

1. Remove the protective film from the adhesive seal and the small central disc

1. Stick the seal onto the black plastic adapter

1. Insert the black adapter into the white cover (this cover is screwed onto the drainage hole at the back of the machine).

2. Insert the adapter into the hose.

There are 2 methods for continuous drainage :

- Method 1:

1. Assemble the kit on one end of the hose.
2. Screw the provided drainage kit to the water outlet located at the top rear of the unit.
3. Place the other end of the hose into a bucket.

- Method 2 :

1. Assemble the kit on both ends of the hose.
2. Screw the provided drainage kit to the water outlet located at the top rear of the unit.
3. Then screw the other end of the drainage kit into the drainage hole located at the bottom.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning : Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, turn off the machine and unplug it.

1. Cleaning the casing Clean the casing of the machine with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemicals such as benzene, alcohol, or other detergents, as they may damage the surface of the air conditioner and even the entire machine.
2. Cleaning the filter screen To prevent the filter screen from becoming clogged with dust and reducing the efficiency of the air conditioner, make sure to clean it every two weeks.

1. Cleaning the frame of the upper filter screen Soak the filter in warm water mixed with a neutral detergent (about 40 °C / 104 °F). Then rinse it and let it dry in the shade.

8. Unit storage

1. Drain the water before storage.
2. Turn off the machine, unplug it, and wrap the power cord around the designated cord holder.
3. Remove the heat exhaust hose and store it carefully.
4. Cover the unit with a plastic bag and store it in a dry place, out of reach of children, ensuring it is protected from dust.
5. Remove the batteries from the remote control and keep them safely.

Note : Make sure to store the unit in a dry place and keep all its components carefully.

9. Troubleshooting

Do not repair or disassemble the air conditioning by yourself. Unqualified repair will lead to failure of the warranty card, and may cause damage to users or their properties.
