MIELE DKF 25-R - 1

These charcoal filters must not be cleaned in a washer!

Residual detergent can get into the filters if cleaned in a dishwasher. High oven temperatures used in subsequent reactivation in an oven can lead to these detergent residues self-igniting.

Function

Charcoal filters are required for reducing odours with recirculation mode cooker hoods. They are fitted in the cooker hood above the grease filters or in a separate recirculation box.

These charcoal filters can be reused several times by reactivating them in an oven or in a steam combination oven.

■ Please observe the instructions regarding recirculation mode in the operating instruction manual supplied with your cooker hood.

Installation

Fitting charcoal filters

DKF 12-R:

■ Remove the grease filters from the cooker hood. ■ Please follow the illustrations shown at the end of this instruction manual: the charcoal filter cassette is fitted into the vapour extraction frame in the cooker hood.
