How to record a voice message?
Press and hold the Micro button for 3 seconds. Speak clearly into the microphone (10 seconds max). Release to save. The message will play at each feeding.
What if the dispenser doesn't work on mains power?
Check that the adapter is properly connected. If the problem persists, insert 3 AA batteries into the compartment (not included) for backup use. The indicator light shows the power status.
How to clean the dispenser?
Unplug the device. Remove the tank and stainless steel bowl. They can be washed in the dishwasher (top rack) or by hand with soapy water. Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
What to do in case of food jam?
The device stops automatically. Remove the tank, take out any stuck kibble, and check that the auger turns freely. Reinsert the tank and restart.
How to activate child lock?
Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. A lock icon appears on the screen. Repeat to unlock.
