How to install the air exhaust hose?

Place the exhaust hose at the rear of the unit towards a window or a slightly open door. Make sure it is not bent and that it measures less than 1.5 meters for optimal performance. Use the supplied window kit to maintain an opening of about 10 cm.

How to maintain the air filter?

Remove the filter from the back of the appliance after unplugging the air conditioner. Wash it with warm water and a mild detergent, rinse it and let it dry completely. Replace it every two weeks during use.

What to do if the air conditioner does not start?

Check that the plug is properly connected and that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Check the timer, the remote control and the water level in the condensate tray if the appliance is full. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to empty the condensate tank?

Most models automatically drain the water through the continuous drain hose. In dehumidification mode, empty the collection tray when the corresponding indicator light comes on. Remove the tray from the side and empty it over a sink.

What minimum distance should be maintained around the appliance?

Leave at least 50 cm of free space at the front and rear, and 30 cm on the sides to ensure good air circulation. Avoid placing the air conditioner behind curtains or furniture.

How to use the remote control?

Install two AAA batteries in the remote control. Point it towards the unit's receiver. Use the Mode, Temperature, Speed and Timer buttons. If it does not respond, check the batteries or any obstacles.

The air conditioner produces frost, is this normal?

A little frost on the evaporator may appear if the temperature is very low. Check that the filter is not clogged and that the air exhaust is clear. If the frost persists, use dehumidification mode.

How to set the timer?

Press the Timer button on the remote control. Select the number of hours after which the appliance should turn off. The timer can be programmed from 1 to 24 hours. The indicator appears on the screen.

Can the appliance be used without the air exhaust in ventilation mode?

Yes, in ventilation-only mode, the air exhaust is not necessary because only the room air is circulated. In cooling or dehumidification mode, the exhaust is mandatory to expel hot air.
