How to turn on the Winbot Mini?
Plug the appliance into a mains socket, then press the power button located on the top of the appliance. The indicator light turns on to indicate that it is operating.
How to fill the water tank?
Unscrew the water tank cap (located at the front) and use the provided funnel to pour tap water. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 250 ml.
What type of water should I use?
Use normal tap water. Avoid distilled or demineralized water as it may affect steam production. Regular descaling is recommended.
How long does it take for the steam to be ready?
After turning on, the indicator becomes steady after about 30 seconds: the steam is then ready for use. A blinking indicator indicates heating up.
Can I use the Winbot Mini on all surfaces?
It is designed for glass surfaces, tiles, stainless steel and worktops. Do not use on untreated wood, linoleum or delicate surfaces.
How to descale the appliance?
Descale every 3 months or according to water hardness: fill the tank with a mixture half water, half white vinegar, heat and spray until empty, then rinse with clean water.
What to do if the steam is weak?
Check the water level; if the tank is almost empty, refill it. If the problem persists, descaling may be necessary. Also make sure the nozzle is not clogged.
The appliance stopped during use: why?
It is probably due to overheating. The automatic shut-off is triggered to protect the appliance. Let it cool down for 15 minutes before using again.
How to clean the accessories?
Wash the microfiber cloth by hand with mild soap and let it air dry. Nozzles and brushes can be rinsed with clean water. Make sure they are dry before storing.
