How do I empty the dust container?
Press the release button on the top of the dust container and pull it out. Empty into a trash bin. For thorough cleaning, rinse with water and let dry completely before reinstalling.
How often should I wash the HEPA filter?
It is recommended to wash the HEPA filter every 3 months or when the dust container is full. Rinse under running water and air dry for 24 hours before reassembly.
Why does the vacuum lose suction?
Loss of suction can be due to a full dust container, clogged filter, or blockage in the hose. First empty the container, then clean the filter. Check the hose and attachments for obstructions.
Can I use the vacuum on hardwood floors?
Yes, the S-Force Air has a brush roller that can be turned off for hard floor cleaning. Use the floor head in the appropriate setting to avoid scratches.
How do I replace the belt?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Remove the floor head cover, take out the old belt, and loop a new belt around the motor shaft and brush roller. Reassemble the cover.
What does the red indicator light mean?
The red indicator light typically signals a full dust container or a clog. Check the container and filter, and clear any blockages to reset the indicator.
Is the vacuum bagless?

How long is the power cord?

Can I wash the dust container?
Yes, the dust container can be washed with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before placing it back into the vacuum.
Where can I purchase replacement filters?
Replacement HEPA filters can be purchased from the Gorenje website or authorized dealers. Use only genuine parts to maintain performance.

BAGS, DUST CONTAINER AND FILTERS

Cleaning the dust container

If you use a dust container instead of a paper dustbag, this can be used and emptied repeatedly. When the 'dust container full' indicator reaches the middle of the window, clean the dust container. Do not use a washing machine to rinse filters. Harsh or abrasive detergent will damage the outer surface. You can empty the dust container in the following ways: Hold the dust container over a dustbin. Open the dust container. Shake the contents of the dust container into the dustbin. Close the dust container.
