How do I set the desired humidity level?

Press the HUMIDITY button repeatedly to adjust the target humidity between 30% and 80%. The current setting will blink on the display.

Why does my dehumidifier display an 'E2' error code?

The E2 code indicates a defrost sensor issue. Turn off the unit, unplug it for 10 minutes, then restart. If the error persists, contact support.

How often should I clean the air filter?

Clean the washable pre-filter every two weeks. Use a vacuum or rinse with water, and let it dry completely before reinstalling.

Can I use a continuous drain hose?

Yes, attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the continuous drain outlet at the back. Ensure the hose slopes downward for proper drainage.

What is the recommended operating temperature range?

The dehumidifier operates optimally between 5°C and 35°C. Below 5°C, the unit may frost and the auto defrost function will activate.

Why is water not collecting in the tank?

Check if the tank is properly inserted and the float is free. Also verify that the humidity setpoint is lower than the room's humidity level. If using continuous drain, ensure the hose is not clogged.

How do I reset the timer?

Press the TIMER button to cycle through 1-24 hours. The timer starts when you release the button. To cancel, set it to 0 or press the button repeatedly until '0h' shows.

What does the 'Full Tank' indicator mean?

When the tank is full or not positioned correctly, the Full Tank LED lights up and the unit stops. Empty the tank and reinstall it firmly until you hear a click.

Can I use an extension cord?

It is recommended to plug the dehumidifier directly into a wall outlet. If an extension cord is necessary, use a 14 AWG or heavier cord rated for 10A at 120V to avoid overheating.

How do I switch between fan speed modes?

Press the FAN SPEED button to toggle between High and Low speed. The high speed is louder but removes moisture faster.

This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children must not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.

Ensure that the appliance is switched off from the supply mains during cleaning and emptying.

Instructions for use

The appliance can dehumidify the ambient air, collecting approximately 220 ml/day (30°C, 80% humidity). To turn on the product, plug the adapter into the appliance and then plug the adapter into the socket. Push the On/Off pushbutton to turn the appliance on or off; the indicator light will turn on (blue color) to indicate that the appliance is working. If the water level reaches the maximum level, the indicator light turns red to indicate that the water tank must be emptied. Note: when the indicator light is red, the appliance is not working. To empty the water tank, turn off the product, take out the water tank, open the drain cover, and pull out the water. Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe the water tank and the dehumidifier. Put the water tank back into the dehumidifier.

Make sure that the appliance is completely dry before storing it in the box.

Maintenance

This appliance does not require any special maintenance.

Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.

To clean the appliance, use a soft or slightly damp cloth.

Never use abrasives or chemical solvents.

Do not use very wet substances, liquids, or cloths to prevent water from entering the apparatus and irreparably damaging it.

NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
