Frequently Asked Questions - ONwalk 900 DOMYOS

How do I reset my ONwalk 900 pedometer?
To reset, press and hold the Mode button for 5 seconds until the screen flashes. All stored data (steps, distance, calories) will be cleared. This also resets the daily totals.
How to change the battery in the Domyos ONwalk 900?
Open the battery compartment on the back by pressing and sliding the cover with a coin. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up. Close the cover securely.
Why is my pedometer not counting steps?
Ensure the pedometer is worn correctly on your waistband or in a pocket, upright and parallel to the ground. Check that the battery is installed correctly. Also, verify that the device is not in sleep mode (motionless for 2 minutes will cause auto-off; shake to wake).
How do I set my stride length on the ONwalk 900?
First, measure your stride length (distance covered after 10 steps divided by 10). Then press Mode repeatedly until the stride icon appears. Press and hold Set to adjust the value (range 30-150 cm). Press Mode to save.
Can I wear the pedometer while running?
Yes, but the accuracy may decrease during running. The pedometer is optimized for walking. For running, ensure it is securely attached to your waistband or belt.
Is the ONwalk 900 waterproof?
No, it is only splash-proof (IPX4). Avoid submerging in water or exposing to heavy rain. Wipe dry if it gets wet.
How to view the 7-day history on the pedometer?
Press the Mode button repeatedly to cycle through today's steps, distance, calories, and then the previous 7 days. Each day will be shown with its date.
Why does the display show 'Err'?
The 'Err' message indicates a sensor or battery issue. Try replacing the battery with a fresh CR2032. If the error persists, contact customer support.
How to clean my pedometer?
Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Remove the battery before cleaning if necessary.
Can I replace the pedometer's strap?
The built-in strap is not designed for replacement. If the strap is damaged, the entire unit may need servicing. Contact Domyos after-sales support for options.
