How to install the DKE635B hood?
Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. The hood is fixed to the wall or under a cabinet. Respect the minimum distances from the cooking surface: 65 cm for an electric hob, 75 cm for a gas hob. Use the supplied wall plugs and ensure the exhaust duct is correctly connected.
How to clean the grease filters?
The metal grease filters can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand with hot water and detergent. Wash them about every 2 months. Make sure they are completely dry before putting them back.
How often to replace the charcoal filter?
The charcoal filter should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on usage. It is not washable. Use an original Bosch replacement filter.
The hood is noisy, is that normal?
A slight noise is normal, especially at high speed. If the noise becomes excessive, check that the filters are clean and that nothing is blocking the exhaust duct. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
How to change the bulb?
