How do I assemble the AOpen DE3100 barbecue?

Refer to the included assembly manual. Typically, attach the legs, install the burners, and connect the gas hose. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-tested with soapy water.

What type of gas does the DE3100 use?

It uses liquid propane (LP) or butane. Use a standard propane tank with a compatible regulator.

How do I clean the barbecue?

After each use, brush the grates while warm. For deep cleaning, remove grates and wash with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners on stainless steel.

How do I light the barbecue?

Open the lid, turn the gas valve on, then press the piezo igniter button. If it doesn't light, use a long match or lighter through the ignition hole.

How do I adjust the temperature?

Each burner has a control knob. Adjust the flame height to control heat. Use the lid and built-in thermometer to monitor temperature.

Can I use charcoal instead of gas?

No, the DE3100 is designed for gas only. Do not attempt to use charcoal or wood as it may damage the burners and create unsafe conditions.

Is the barbecue weatherproof?

The barbecue is built for outdoor use but is not fully weatherproof. Store it under a cover when not in use and protect it from rain and snow.

How should I store the barbecue in winter?

Disconnect the gas tank, clean thoroughly, and store in a dry, sheltered location. Cover with a barbecue cover to prevent rust.

DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drive is “Class I Laser Product” This equipment, built with DVD and/or CD disc drives using laser beam to read or write data on optical discs, is classified as “Class 1 laser product”. While the laser optical drive is reading data from or writing data to an optical disc, do not force open the disc drive door. Press the Eject button to retrieve the optical disc only after the in-use indicator goes off.

Do not install DE6100 in a closed space.

Be sure the ventilation holes in the Digital Engine side for at least 2 inches or 5cm of space for ventilation.

To ensure that other objects do not cover the ventilation holes on DE6100.
