Frequently Asked Questions - SPUBT770 Sunstech

How do I pair my phone with the SPUBT770 station?

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and put the station in pairing mode by holding the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds. Select 'SPUBT770' from the list of devices.

The station is not charging my phone, what should I do?

Check that the USB cable is properly connected and that the AC adapter is powered. Try another cable. Charging is only possible on the dedicated USB port.

How do I set the time on the alarm?

In standby mode, press and hold the Time Set button until the time flashes, then use the volume buttons to adjust hours and minutes.

The sound is low or distorted, how can I improve it?

Increase the volume on your phone and on the station. Move the station away from walls or objects blocking the speakers. Check that the audio source is not saturated.

Can I use the station without Bluetooth?

Yes, connect a device via the supplied AUX cable to the AUX IN input at the back of the station.

How do I reset the station to factory settings?

Simultaneously press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for 5 seconds until the display flashes.

The FM radio is not picking up any stations, what should I do?

Fully extend the FM antenna cable located at the back. If the problem persists, try an automatic station search by holding the Scan button.

How do I switch between audio sources?

Press the Source button to switch between Bluetooth, AUX, and FM.

The station turns off by itself, is that normal?

Yes, the station has a power-saving feature: it automatically turns off after 15 minutes without an active Bluetooth connection. You can disable this feature in the settings.

Can I use the station as a speaker for a computer?

Yes, connect your computer via Bluetooth or via the AUX cable. Make sure the computer volume is high enough.

TF Card or U-disk

Turn on the speaker, plug in TF card or U-disk in the slot, it begins streaming music. Press the key “◀/■” to play/pause; press the key “◀/—” to go back to last song or decrease volume; press the key “▶/ +” to move on to next song or increase volume. Press the key MODE to transfers from TF Card, or U-disk to Line In, Bluetooth.

Charging

PlugthechargingcableintotheMicroUSBslotofthespeaker,USBslot of PC or other USB slot of chargers to charge. When the speaker is being charged, the indicator light turns red. Once it iff ully charged, the indicatorlightturnsoff.(We'dsuggesttheusersturningoffthespeaker while charging. It takes longer to completely charge if the speaker is on whilebeingcharged.)

Troubleshooting

1. If the speaker cannot be turned on after pressing the POWER key, or it turn so off on turning on, the users shall check whether it is charged or not. If it's not, please charge it and try again later.

2. PleasechargebyusingthemicroUsbslotDC5V. Thespeakerfailmay not work or even damage the speaker if it's not charge using the micro USBslotDC5V.
