1. Proper use
With this electronic cosy heating blanket you will be able to pleasantly warm your body or specific body regions. The use of this heated cuddly blanket supports blood circulation and therefore the relaxation of tense muscle areas and increases your general well-being. Enjoy the cuddly warmth for relaxing moments, e.g. on the couch or patio, whenever you like.
The device is intended exclusively for domestic use, not for commercial applications or the use in hospitals or medical offices. In order to be able to utilize all the benefits of your electric warming device, please thoroughly read these instructions and observe the notes on care and safety. You will then be able to enjoy this device for a long time.
Please store these instructions for further use or in case you hand this device over to another person.

2. Safety information

Danger
- This device uses supply voltage. Therefore, the same safety regulations apply as for any other electric device.
- Operate the device only with the stated supply voltage.
- Inspect that all components of the device are in a faultless condition prior to each start-up of the device. In the event of a defect or a malfunction, switch the device off immediately and disconnect the power plug from the power network. Repairs must be performed exclusively by authorized customer service technicians. Never open the device. The individual components of this device may not be disassembled, repaired or modified.
- Use the device only in dry rooms and with a dry body – never in the bathtub, shower, above filled sinks, in pools, saunas, or outdoors.


- Never operate the device too close to other heat sources.
- Do not pull the power cord across sharp edges.
- Do not pull on the cord or the device to disconnect the power plug or transport the device.
- Disconnect the power plug if the device is not in use.
- If you dispose of the device at any one point in time, please cut off the cable to make it useless.
- This device may not be used by persons (to include children) with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities or by persons with insufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons use the device under the supervision of a responsible person or after receiving necessary instructions.
- Please ensure that children do not use the device as a toy.

- Disconnect the device from the power network prior to cleaning it. During cleaning, ensure that no liquids come into contact with the switch and buttons and that the device is used only in an absolutely dry condition.
- Do not insert any needles or pointy objects into the device.

Warnings
- Please consult a physician prior to using the device if you suffer from an illness (e.g. varicose veins, thrombosis, etc.).
- Never use the device with open wounds, burns, hematoma, swellings, or similar conditions.
- Stop treatment if it feels uncomfortable to you. Heat-sensitive persons in particular should use the device with care and stop the treatment in a timely manner.
• Never use the heat device on animals.
Attention
- In order to ensure the proper functionality of the operating element (thermostat), do not place it on top of or underneath the device.
- Never use the heat device if it is folded, wrinkled, or pushed together.

3. Operating elements

1 Low temperature for longer-term use. Please select the lowest possible temperature level if the device is operated for more than one hour.
2-3 Medium temperature
4 High temperature (not suitable for long-term use).

4. Start-up operation
Note
Ensure that the heated blanket is not pinched.
Connect the connector to the plug of the heated blanket. Ensure that the connection is done properly and the plug fits tightly. In order to switch the heated blanket on, insert the plug into the power outlet and switch the device on.

Attention
Please ensure that the heated blanket covers the object loosely, i.e. that some air circulates between the heated blanket and your skin during use. Accumulation of heat must be prevented.
5. Automatic shut-off
The electric heated blanket shuts off automatically after 90 minutes of continuous use. This saves energy and grants additional safety in that the heated blanket is never in operation without supervision.
The LED light will blink. In order to switch the heated blanket back on again, first set the thermostat to “OFF” and then back to the desired temperature.
After use please disconnect the power plug from the power outlet.
6. Cleaning and Care
- Disconnect the power connection and remove the plug connection from the blanket prior to cleaning the blanket!
- The heated blanket may be washed by hand or in the washing machine with mild detergent at 30°C.
Important
• Do not iron the heated blanket.
- Please do not use any chlorine-based cleaning agents.
- Do not have the heated blanket dry-cleaned.
• The heated blanket cannot be dried in a dryer.
• Do not use pressure cleaners.
- Please ensure that the thermostat does not come into contact with any liquids. The liquid could cause damages.
- Never use the heated blanket while it is wet or damp. The heated blanket cannot be switched on while it is drying.
- Let the heated blanket air-dry. Do not use laundry pins to hang it. This could damage the wires.





7. Storage and periodic inspection
- Do not wrinkle the device. Fold the product carefully for storage.
- Store the device at a dry location if it is not in use.
- Let the device cool off prior to folding or rolling it.
- Regularly inspect the device and power cord for possible signs of wear or damage.
- Do not use chemical moth protection.
- Do not place any heavy objects on top of the device while storing it; these could damage electric wires.
- Please return the device to your point of sale in case of any wear or malfunction.

household waste, but must be returned at a collection point for recycling electronic and electrical devices.

13. Guarantee
SOEHNLE guarantees rectification of faults based on material or production errors, free of charge, either by repair or replacement, for 5 years as of the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt of purchase and guarantee slip. In case of a guarantee claim, please return the device, guarantee slip and receipt of purchase to your seller.
