Warming of baby bottles
1 Turn the click-step control knob ④ to the left to the ‘●’ (OFF) position.
2 Connect the bottle warmer to the mains socket.
The indicator lamp lights green.
3 Fill the beaker with 10 or 20ml water by using the water cup of the ring ⑥. The content is depending on the bottle filling and start temperature (see Heating Overview on page 3).
4 Place the bottle in the middle of the beaker and put the ring
⑥ on top of it.
5 Use the click-step control knob ④ to set the correct setting (see Heating Overview on page 3).
The indicator lamp lights red.
When the right temperature is reached the indicator lamp will light green.
6 Remove the bottle from the container and turn the control knob to the ‘●’ (OFF) position.
ENGLISH6
7 Shake the bottle a little bit to distribute the heat evenly before you allow your baby to drink.
8 Check that the contents of the bottle are the correct temperature by pouring a few drops on the back of your hand.
Notes!
- The ring ensures that the hot steam heats up the bottle extremely fast to the right temperature. Warming the bottle without the ring, might result in a wrong temperature, therefore never use the bottle warmer without the ring.
- The dimensions of the bottle or the material of the bottle (glass in stead of plastic) may influence selecting the correct knob setting. Therefore always control the end temperature and adjust the setting of the knob.
Warning! When you leave the bottle in the bottle warmer after it is heated up, the temperature might increase a few degrees.
Warming baby food jars
1 Turn the click-step control knob ④ to the left to the ‘●’ (OFF) position.
2 Connect the bottle warmer to the mains socket.
The indicator lamp lights green.
3 Remove the label and lid from the jar.
4 Fill the beaker with 20ml water by using the water cup of the ring.
5 Place the jar in the middle of the container and put the ring on top of it.
6 Set the click-step control knob to the symbol.
The indicator lamp lights red.
When the right temperature is reached the indicator lamp will light green.
7 Remove the jar from the container and turn the control knob to the left to the '●' (OFF) position.
8 Stir the contents of the jar to distribute the heat.
9 Always check that the contents of the jar are at the correct temperature by testing some on the back of your hand or via your mouth.
10 If the temperature is much too low, fill the beaker again with 10ml. Turn the click-step control knob ④ to the right until the indicator lamp lights up red to start the heating up again.
Note! The ring ensures that the hot steam heats up the jar extremely fast to the right temperature. Warming the jar without the ring, might result in a wrong temperature, therefore never use the bottle warmer without the ring.
Keeping warm
With the Baby Bottle Warmer you can also keep the bottles and jars warm for a short time.
To do this set the control knob to the symbol. Do not add water. The thermostat ensures that the set temperature is maintained. For microbiological and hygienic reasons baby food should never be kept warm for longer than one hour.
Note! Never hold the Baby Bottle Warmer in your hands when in use.
