Listening to a Compact Disc

1. Slide the function selector to CD position.

1. Open the CD door and place the CD on the tray.

2. Close the tray and start playing the CD.

The CD will start playing from the first track.

1. Press the FF button once to skip to the beginning of the next track.

1. Press the FR button once to skip to the beginning of the current track. Press the FR button twice to skip to the beginning of the previous track.

1. Pause CD playback.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button will restart the CD where it was paused.

Do not switch the unit off while playing a CD, as this will damage the unit.

1. Stop CD playback.

Fast rewind (FR) and fast forward (FF), you can search through the track by pressing and holding the FR or FF button.

Note: Do not press both buttons at the same time, as this may damage the unit.

As the unit is tracking quickly forward or reverse, you will hear your selection playing at a distorted speed. Simply release the pressed button to continue playing at normal speed at the desired position in the selected track.

Turn the light knob clockwise to turn the light on, the light will light up all the time around the unit.

1. Slide the function selector to AM or FM position.

For optimal FM reception be sure to stretch the built-in FM wire antenna located at the back of the unit and move it around until the station you have tuned into is received clearly.
