What to do if the display shows 'Err' or 'EEEE'?
This indicates an overload. Remove the excess weight and do not exceed the maximum capacity of 5 kg. If the problem persists, check the battery or contact customer service.
How to use the tare function?

Press the UNIT (or MODE) button to switch from one unit to another. The selected unit is displayed on the screen.
The scale turns off by itself, is that normal?
Yes, the scale has an automatic shut-off after about 2 minutes of inactivity to save battery. Just press any button to reactivate it.
How to clean the UNOLD Disc scale?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the surface. Never immerse the scale in water and avoid abrasive products. Dry immediately with a dry cloth.
The scale is not accurate, how to calibrate it?

The maximum capacity is 5 kg (11 lb). Do not exceed this limit to avoid damaging the scale.

Use a CR2032 (3V) battery. With normal use, the battery can last about 6 to 12 months. Replace it as soon as the display becomes dim.
