Can I use these headphones for sports?
The Bose SoundTrue in-ear headphones are not specifically designed for sports. They offer good fit but are not sweatproof. For intense sports activity, choose dedicated models.
Are the headphones compatible with all smartphones?
Yes, thanks to the standard 3.5 mm jack, they are compatible with most smartphones, tablets, and computers. The remote control works with iOS and Android devices, but some functions may vary.
How to change the eartips of the headphones?
To change the eartips, gently pull the used eartip to remove it. Align the new eartip with the headphone nozzle and push firmly until it is securely in place. Ensure it is well attached for optimal comfort.
What to do if the sound is low or poor quality?
First check the volume on your device and make sure the jack is fully inserted. Clean the eartips and the acoustic filter with a soft brush. If the problem persists, test with another device.

What is the average lifespan of the headphones?
With proper care, the Bose SoundTrue in-ear headphones can last several years. The silicone eartips may wear out and need periodic replacement. The cable is the most fragile part; avoid knots and sharp bends.
Can I replace the cable of my headphones?
No, the cable is integrated into the headphones and is not separately replaceable. If damaged, contact Bose customer service for repair or replacement options.
Are the headphones covered by a warranty?
Yes, the Bose headphones have a limited 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase for any claims. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear.
