Insert the batteries
Install three AA alkaline batteries (included).
Please observe battery polarity while installing.
A set of brand new alkaline batteries will last about eight to ten months of normal usage.
To set time
- Press and hold SET for 2 seconds.

To set alarm time & snooze
The alarm mode switch must not be set to OFF.
- Press MODE once to go to alarm time setting.

- Press UP ▲ DN ▼ to set the hour/minute and confirm each with SET. After that SNOZ is flashing.
- If you now press SET the snooze function is turned on. If you press UP ▲ SNOZ disappears. If you now press SET the snooze function is turned off.
- The clock will automatically return to the normal clock mode after about 5 seconds and the alarm is set.
Note
If snooze function is on: when the alarm sounds off, the alarm will continue for 40 seconds and then stop. If the SNOOZE button is pushed

any time while the alarm is sounding off, the alarm will stop immediately but it will sound off again after eight minutes. You can repeat this cycle for up to seven times. To stop the alarm completely at any time, press any button other than the SNOOZE button on top of the clock.
If snooze function is off: when the alarm sounds off, press the SNOOZE button to stop the alarm completely.
To set alarm on/off & alarm mode
- Slide the alarm mode switch to OFF to disable the alarm or to stop the on-going alarm action.
( ) ALL (audio + shaker) to select your alarm mode and to set the alarm on.
To test your alarm setting
- Press and hold DN▼/TEST for 3 seconds, the set alarm is triggered for a period of 10 seconds and then returns to the clock mode.
To use clock as a Timer

Press MODE twice to go to the timer mode (hours/minutes). 📋 is flashing. Press and hold SET for 2 seconds to confirm.

Press UP ▲ DN ▼ to set the hour/minute and confirm each with SET.

- Press DN ▼ within 5 seconds to start the timer count-down. 🔒, H and M are flashing and the time runs down. If DN ▼ is not pressed within 5 seconds the clock will automatically return to the normal clock mode.
Note: When the set time expires, the alarm will sound off (same alarm mode as the alarm clock setting) for 30 seconds (unless stopped by pressing any of the top keys). To stop the timer in between, press DN ▼. The clock then will return to the normal clock mode.
To show the room temperature
- Press MODE three times to go to the thermometer mode. is flashing and the room temperature appears.
- If needed, press UP ▲ to set reading in °C or °F
- The clock will automatically return to the normal clock mode after about 5 seconds

The period of guarantee is 24 months from the date of purchase. The terms of the guarantee do not apply to the rechargeable batteries or power packs used in the products.
All deficiencies resulting from material of production faults which occur during the period of guarantee will be eliminated free of charge. Rights to claims under the terms of guarantee are annulled following intervention by the purchaser or third parties. Damage caused as a result of improper handling or operation, incorrect positioning or storing, improper connection or installation, Acts of God or other external influence are not covered by the terms of guarantee. In the case of complaints, we reserve the right to

repair or replace defect parts or provide a replacement device. Replacement parts or devices become our property. Rights to compensation in the case of damage are excluded where there is no evidence or intent or gross negligence by the manufacturer.
If your equipment shows signs of defect during the period of guarantee, please return to the sales outlet in which you purchased the AMPLICOMMS equipment together with the purchase receipt. All rights to claims under the terms of guarantee in accordance with this agreement must be asserted exclusively with regard to your sales outlet.
Two years after the purchase of our products, claims under the terms of guarantee can no longer be asserted.
