What to do if the vacuum cleaner does not turn on?
Check that the battery is charged. If the light does not turn on during charging, check the connection of the cord and the plug. If the device does not start after charging, make sure the On/Off button is in position 0 before unplugging the charger, then set it to position 1 or 2.
How to clean the foam filter and how often?
Clean the foam filter at least once a month with warm soapy water. Rinse it and let it dry completely for at least 12 hours. Never operate the device without a filter. An additional foam filter is provided to allow use during drying.
How to empty the dust container?
Press the unlock button of the dust container to empty it. You can clean the container and the separator with warm water, but do not wash them in the dishwasher. Let them dry completely before putting them back.
The vacuum cleaner loses suction power, what to do?
Check that the dust container is not full, that the foam filter is clean and dry, and that no accessory or hose is blocked. If the problem persists, clean the filter more frequently.
Can I replace the battery myself?
No, replacement of NiMH batteries must be done by a professional repairer from the Rowenta Authorized Service Center for safety reasons. Never disassemble the device yourself.
What are the available accessories and how to use them?
Use the telescopic crevice tool for corners (baseboards, radiators) and the Delta mini head for flat surfaces like floors. These accessories are placed in the suction opening.
