Please recycle all viable materials (ex. cardboard, plastic bags, adhesive tape and Styrofoam) and take care to discard packaging safely. To prevent injuries or suffocation, packaging materials should be kept out of reach from babies and infants.
Before Discarding Previous Device
Please follow either the instructions for discardment from either the manufacturer of your previous device or regulations from your local waste treatment facility. If these methods are not applicable, please refer to the three steps below:
- Unplug device from the power socket
- Cut the power cable before leaving the device at a safe location
- Prior to discardment, please check that the device is out of reach from babies and infants at all times
Safety Precautions
To prevent any risks of fire, short-circuiting, injuries (both personal and for third parties) or property loss, please comply with the following safety instructions.
WARNING: Indicates a potential hazard for people or objects that could result in serious harm or fatality
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (Including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance - Please keep device indoors at all times to avoid damage from direct sunlight or rain.
- Keep the appliance away from electromagnetic waves, heat sources, combustibles, chemicals
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify this appliance.
- Do not install the system in a non-potable water supply system.
- Do not use device when the power cable or plug is damaged.
- Do not operate the power plug or this product with wet hands.
• To avoid damaging the power cable, the following are prohibited:
□ Placing the power cable near heat sources
☐ Forceful transformation of the power cable (ex. bending, twisting, or lengthening)
☐ Placing heavy objects on or bunching together the power cable
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized service center or a qualified professional to avoid any dangers that may arise.
- Please only use individual power socket that comply by local voltage requirements. Avoid using power strips and adapters to prevent overheating, fires, or short circuiting.
CAUTION: Indicates that deviation from such suggestions could result in minor or moderately harmful situations
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications.
- In the case that the device will be either unused or not in the presence of an operating individual for more than 2 days, please unplug the power plug and turn off the water source. This is to prevent rats form biting the pipeline and other risks such as water hammer or pipe bursts from excessive water pressure.
- Drains should be present within two meters of the appliance to ensure successful drainage in case of leakages.
- Please keep clear of the vents on the left, right and back sides of the product. Avoid placing any objects within 15cm distance from device for heat dissipation.
- The functioning of the iced water system will be reduced when the ambient temperature is higher than 35 degrees celcius. Long-term use in such environments may result in product damage.
- Please check whether the power supply voltage conforms to the marked voltage of the product. The system operation must meet the minimum working water pressure requirements (refer to the technical specifications).
- Please turn power off before unplugging, and do not forcefully tug on power cable while doing so.
Safety Precautions
NOTICES
- Please turn off power when the device is not used for a time. To resume use, contact customer service for the maintenance and replacements of tank water and filters to ensure water quality
- Please check its working status every month. If it is unable to cut off power, please turn off the device and inform our service center to arrange professional technicians for home maintenance.
Maintenances Notice
- Please follow with our company’s recommended product use duration, or contact our service center between six to twelve months after warranty begins. Our professional technicians will maintain, repair or replace any parts of the device to ensure proper operation.
- Filter replacement dates may be found on the filters. These times are mere recommendations and may vary according to the water quality of each location. Please follow the advisement of our service center in regards to filter and OEM parts replacements.
- Different degrees of limescale will accumulate and vary over long-term use of hot water. In the case that cleaning is needed, please contact our service center for such services (at an additional cost even under warranty)
If the power cable is damaged, please prevent any risks by contacting the service center for a replacement - Device parts that come in regular contact with hot water may have shorter lifespans. If signs of deterioration appear, please immediately contact the service center
- Our company will not bear the responsibilities for any liabilities that may arise should users deviate from our OEM recommendations or use parts or accept services from a third party.
Replacement for Parts and Consumables
• Depending on water quality or level of use, this lifetime may vary.
- Please use materials that comply with the standards of potable water for all filters.
Application Field of Product
- Undercounter drinking devices can remove odor, remove bacteria from water, improve taste, reduce limescale, and remove harmful substances to provide pure and hygiene drinking water.
Installation Conditions
- Please refer to all related installation regulations, common standards, hygiene requirements, and the instruction manual.
- Please do not install this system by non-potable water system.
- Avoid installing product in areas with severely cold temperatures, solvent evaporation, oil and gas, chemical substances, UV rays or temperatures above 40 degrees celcius.
- The pipeline pressure must not exceed the maximum working pressure limit of the system (please refer to technical specifications). If exceeded, a pressure relief valve must be installed.
- The system operation must meet the minimum working water pressure requirements (refer to the technical specifications).
