SAFETY & WARNINGS

• For wireless charging technology, the induction coils must be aligned properly so that the communication is established, and charging can start. The magnets in the charging pad are compatible with mag safe iPhones and ensure accurate alignment. For non-mag safe models, you may have to align them manually.
• The wireless charger has a USB-C port and accepts 9V/2A input or above.
• It is recommended that you use the USB-C charging cable and a TCS20W AC adapter. You may also power the wireless charger from another USB-C source, such as the USB-C port of laptop. Check the power ratings of the port and make sure it can provide enough power.
• The wireless charging distance is up to 4mm. Most non-metallic cases are acceptable for wireless charging. Thicker cases may be incompatible for wireless charging. Remove the case to charge the device.
• The wireless charger has a temperature detector inside to protect it against overheating. When the temperature increases above 45° C, wireless charging stops and resumes when the temperature drops. The temperature may be high for incompatible devices.
• Do not use the charging pad in high temperature or humid environments.
• Do not drop or use force against the charging pad. The tempered glass or the internal electric circuit may be damaged.

OVERVIEW

OPERATION

1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to an adapter (not provided) and the other end to the USB-C port on the charging pad. Plug the adapter into an electrical outlet and switch it on. All indicators will briefly illuminate and then turn off.

2. Place your device on the charging pad. The indicator of that charging pad will illuminate solidly when charging has started. If the indicator is flashing, the device is not aligned or making enough contact with the charging pad. Remove the case or adjust the position of the device until the indicator turns solid and charging starts.

3. When the device is fully charged, remove it from the charging pad.

It is recommended to use the provided USB-C charging cable, as other cables may damage the charging pad.
