SAFETY & WARNINGS

Ensure to read all instructions and warnings in this user guide prior to first use. Retain this user guide for future reference.

WARNING: Do not disassemble the scanner. To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover.

  • IMPORTANT: Do not expose this product to rain or moisture to preserve the life of the scanner.
  • Do not place the scanner in locations that may block the ventilation openings (for example, on beds, sofas, rugs).
  • Do not place the scanner near high heat sources (for example, radiators, stoves).
  • Do not overload the USB connections to a computer. If there are too many devices connected via USB (for example, mouse, keyboard, phones), there may not be enough power for the scanner to function when connected.
  • If damaged, do not attempt to repair the scanner yourself. Stop use and contact a qualified professional to repair.
  • The design of the film holder follows ISO standard. In some cases, the holes on the film will not match exactly to the alignment of the holder. This is caused by a non-standard camera. In this case there will be a small black line on the edge of the frame that can easily be cropped out using photo editing software.
  • Images used in this user guide are for reference only.
