text_image Interior light Temperature control knob

The temperature control knob is located inside the refrigerator on the right side. Turn the temperature control knob to 4, which is the normal position to keep food cold. Wait about 4 hours for the refrigerator to be adequately cold before putting food inside. If a slightly higher or lower temperature is preferred, the knob can be turned, with 1 being least cold and 7 being the coldest. To make the refrigerator cool fast, turn the knob setting to 7 and then when the level of cold is reached, turn the knob to the normal setting.

If the refrigerator is unplugged or loses power, please wait five minutes before restarting it. If restarted before this time delay, the refrigerator won't start.

  • Remove all items and unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Clean inside, behind and around the appliance regularly, using water and mild detergent, and a damp cloth (not wet).

Remove all items and leave the refrigerator door closed, but keep the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt. The ice and water can be collected in a drain pan.

Do not use mechanical devices or hot water to accelerate the defrosting process. The normal process will take a few hours. Wipe down the appliance and wait for 2 hours before starting it again. Turn the temperature knob to the desired setting.
