There is no sound coming from the headphones.

Please check volume on your audio device to make sure it is outputting sound. Please make sure that the (1) 3.5mm audio plug is fully inserted into your audio device. Sometimes a case or protective cover can prevent a good connection.

These headphones are not fi tting comfortably.

Please modify the (3) Earbud headphones by changing the fit with one of the (b) 3 sets of silicone ear gels that were included in this package.

I am having trouble using the hands-free microphone and play settings controller.
