| BUTTONS FUNCTIONS | |
| Left function key (LFK) | By pressing the button, you will be directed to the Emergency Mode menu. You will start a function that will immediately appear in the left bottom corner of the display. |

Putting the phone into operation
Put your nail into the slot under the back phone cover and remove the cover.
Insert the SIM card or a memory card, if purchased.
Insert the battery. Metal contacts of the battery must be directed against the contacts in the phone.
Re-install the battery cover.

Connect the battery charger to the USB connector or insert the phone to the charging stand.
Charging starts automatically.
The phone may be charged in both ON and OFF statuses.
The battery charge status is indicated on the phone display.
Phone ON/OFF
To turn the phone on, hold the red button (12) until the phone turns on. (You may be asked to enter PIN code, if PIN code protection is activated.) At first turning on, you will be asked to select a language.
To turn the phone off, hold the red button (12) until the phone turns off.
Keypad Unlock/Lock
You will activate your phone by pressing any button, then press LFK (9) followed by pressing the “*” button (14) for unlocking. To lock the keypad, press LFK (9) and then the “*” button (14). Automatic keypad locking may be set in Settings / Phone Settings / Display / LCD Light
Calling
Enter the requested number on the keypad and then press the green call button (11).
To receive an incoming call, press the green button (11).
To reject a call, press the red button (12).
The in-call volume may be adjusted by
pressing the UP/DOWN button (8).
For the speakerphone, (hands-free) press the right function key (10) during calling.
MENU
CONTACTS
Insert New Contact
Select Menu / Phonebook / Add New, and press LFK (9). Select location (SIM card or phone). After entering the name and the phone number, press LFK (9) and save the contact.
Search Saved Contact
To enter Phonebook, press RFK (10) or select Menu / Phonebook. To search, enter the contact name or use the UP/DOWN button (8) to scroll in the list. After searching the contact, press the green button (11) for calling. If you want to edit the contact or invoke other selections, press LFK (9)
View - displays the details of the selected contact
Send SMS - enables to write and send SMSs to the selected contact
Call - dials the selected contact
Edit - enables to edit the selected contact
Delete - deletes the selected contact
Copy - enables to copy
contacts between the SIM card and the phone memory
Move - enables to move contacts between the SIM card and the phone memory
Add to Black List - adds numbers that will be blocked
Settings - enables to show the status of the memory, set the preferred storage, copy or move contacts, delete contacts, set Speed Dial or other functions
Photo Contacts
A photo may be saved to eight selected contacts.
Insert New Photo Contact
Select Menu / Phonebook / Photo Contacts, and press LFK (9). Use the UP/DOWN button (8) to select the requested position and press LFK (9). After entering the name and the phone number, select the Caller Picture and press LFK (9). Leave the default picture or add a picture From Camera or from files. If you select the option to add the picture from the files, go to the files saved in the phone or in the memory card. If you select the camera, you will be automatically transferred to the Camera and you may take a picture by pressing the Camera button (16). To continue, press LFK (9). After completing insertion or
selection, do not forget to save the changes by pressing LFK (9).
Search Saved Photo Contact
After pressing the DOWN button (8), you may select one of the contacts and by pressing the green button (11) or by pressing the button displayed at each photo, you may dial that number.
Speed Dial
Up to 8 numbers may be saved in the phone for Speed Dial corresponding to 2 to 9 numbers.
Select Menu / Phonebook and using the UP/DOWN button (8) select Add New Contact. Then press LFK (9) and select Settings / Speed Dial / OK. Change the status using LFK (9) to ON. Set the numbers on positions 2 to 9 using LFK (9) from the Phone Book, or manually.
For Speed Dial in the Emergency Mode, press and hold one of 8 alphanumeric keys, and the phone will dial the corresponding phone number from the Speed Dial list.
MESSAGES
The phone enables to receive and send SMS messages. To enter the Menu, use the UP button (8) or Menu / Messages. When you
enter the Menu, the following will be displayed:
Write Message - enables writing and sending a new SMS message
Inbox - received messages
Drafts - messages saved for later work
Outbox - messages that could not be sent
Sent Messages - messages sent
Ro-Alert - requires mobile operator support
Message Settings - enables to set the preferred storage, memory status, etc.
Write Message
Select Menu / Messages / Write New Message. Enter message text. Using “#” button (15),
you may switch lowercase / uppercase letters / numbers, using “*” button (14), you may enter special characters.
Press LFK (9) and select Send.
Enter the phone number manually or select it from the list of contacts.
By pressing LFK (9), select Send.
Read Message
To read messages Select Menu / Messages / Inbox, press LFK (9) and select the respective message. Press LFK (9) / Display.
CALL LOGS
Select Menu / Call Logs, where Missed Calls / Dialed Numbers / Income Calls will be displayed with the option to delete records about call duration.
Call Settings
Waiting Call: Activate or deactivate this function, select the option to check the actual function setting.
Call Divert: Includes five different settings: Always divert, Divert if unavailable, Divert if not responding, Divert if busy and Divert all data calls. By pressing the Cancel option, you will deactivate all call diverts.
Call Barring: Blocks numbers you dial yourself or that call you.
Advanced Settings:
Blacklist - list of numbers that will be blocked
Automatic Repeated Dialing: After activation, the phone will automatically dial the number repeatedly when the call is interrupted or rejected.
Call Time Display: Shows the total call duration.
Call Duration Notification: The Call Duration Notification Mode may be set as one-time or repeated notification.
Answer Mode: Select the Answer Mode.
Attention: The function requires partial mobile operator support.
MAGNIFIER:
Select Menu / Magnifier. By pressing the middle button (UP/DOWN) zoom in (magnify) or zoom out (reduce) objects.
MULTIMEDIA
1. FM Radio
Select Menu / Multimedia / FM Radio. By pressing the “5” key switch the radio on/off.
By pressing “*” (14) / “#” (15) or “Volume+ / Volume-” (3) adjust the volume.
By pressing “4” and “6”, you will automatically search the station.
By pressing UP/DOWN (8), you will move to previous/next channel.
For other settings, press LFK (9).
List of Stations: Shows the list of manually or automatically searched stations.
Manual Tuning: Stations may be listened to with a manual frequency entering. The “#” button is used as “.”; to enter 89.9 just press “89 # 9”.
Automatic Search: Search stations automatically and save them.
Settings: "Background Play" and "Loudspeaker" may be turned ON/OFF.
2. Audio Player
Select Menu / Multimedia / Audio Player.
Enables to play music files, e.g. MP3.
Select LFK (9) to select the play list. A new play list will be created by repeated pressing LFK (9) and selecting desired pieces from the memory card.
To play or stop, just press “5”. To change the repetition mode, press “2” or “8”. To switch to the previous or next song, press “4” or 6”.
Volume: By pressing the volume button, you can change the playback volume.
3. Video Recorder
Select Menu / Multimedia / Video Recorder. By pressing “5”, you will start recording a video. The recording length depends on the time limit and the memory card capacity. After entering Menu, you may select the following: Switch to Camera, Camera Settings, Video Settings.
4. Video Player
Select Menu / Multimedia / Video Player. By pressing LFK (9), select from the following:
Play, Send, Rename and Delete.
Press “5”: To stop or play, press “2” for the full screen mode. Press “4” / “6” for stand-alone switching to previous or next video.
Volume: By pressing the volume button, you can change the playback volume.
5. Files
Select Menu / Multimedia / File Manager. The File Manager manages files in the phone and in the external memory card. Here, you can manage pictures, MP3 files and other files in the menu.
ORGANIZER
1. Alarm
Select Menu / Organizer / Alarm. You may set 4 alarms and their Time, Snooze Alarm and Sound. Press “4” and “6” keys for previous or next options.
2. Stopwatch
Select Menu / Organizer / Stopwatch.
3. Calculator
Select Menu / Organizer / Calculator. Use the keypad to enter numbers.
The decimal point is entered by pressing “#” (15).
Using UP/DOWN buttons (8), select the requested operation.
4. Bluetooth
Select Menu / Organizer / Bluetooth.
Bluetooth - turning ON/OFF
Visibility - turning ON/OFF of phone visibility for other devices
My Device - list of devices wirelessly connected or coupled with the mobile phone,
Search Device - enables to find and add new devices
Device Name - the name your phone will use for identification to other devices
Advanced - call diverting for a wireless headset
Calendar
Select Menu / Organizer / Calendar
CAMERA
Select Menu / Camera
By pressing "0", you may take photographs.
The camera lens is located on the rear side of the mobile phone, and the display acts as the finder. The photos are in a JPG format.
After downloading your photos to the computer, view them in a respective program. If the memory capacity is not sufficient,
delete some photos or other files in the “File Manager”.
The picture may be viewed in the Camera options and may be edited using “Camera Settings”, “Picture Settings”, “Anti-flicker”, “Scene Mode”, “White Balance”, “Delay Timer”, etc.
Press “4” and “6” for previous and next options.
IMAGE VIEWER
Select Menu / Image Viewer. Is used for picture viewing. Using this function, you may select any picture and by pressing the left button, you may select following options: Display, Display Options, Send, Use as, Rename, Delete, Delete all files and Picture Information.
PROFILES
Select Menu / Profiles. These options are available: Main / Silent / Meeting / Outdoor To edit Profile Activation / Adjustment / Reset to default values, select the profile and press LFK (9). You may select if your phone should ring, vibrate; you may select the volume, keypad tone, SMS message tone, etc. Quick change between the Main and Meeting
profiles is performed by long pressing the “#” button (15).
SETTINGS
1. Phone Settings
Select Menu / Settings / Phone Settings.
Using this function, you may set these
parameters:
Time and Date - setting of time and date, time zone and format.
Planned Turning On - two planned times for mobile turning on/off may be set
Language - phone language setting
Writing Language - setting of the default language for writing of texts
Display - setting of wallpapers and data on the main screen, screen brightness and illumination
Shortcuts - the phone enables to set four shortcuts from the phone Menu
Special Shortcuts - shortcuts for UP/DOWN buttons (8).
Flight Mode - turns all transmitters in the phone off.
2. SOS Setting
Select Menu / Settings / SOS Settings. You may turn it on/off, set a number and SMS message text.
SOS setting: Select "Menu"→, "Settings"→, "SOS Settings", set "Status" to "ON" and then set the SOS number to numbers 1 to 5. You may also set the message text.
Procedure: If SOS is set, by longer pressing the SOS button, you will activate the SOS function that will proceed as follows:
A loud alarm sounds.
At the same time, SMS containing the “SOS” message will be sent to all emergency numbers.
Afterwards, set emergency numbers will be dialed. Each number three times.
SOS will be stopped if any of the dialed persons receives the call of if no person receives the call even after the third calling.
Important warning: The phone features the function of sending the approximate location of the phone by an SOS message after the alarm is triggered. The location may also be identified by sending SMS containing “LBS” from the phone that is saved in EasyPhone EG as an SOS number. The phone will then send an automatic SMS message with the information about its location. The GSM mobile network is used for determination of
the phone location. The accuracy of the phone location depends on the GSM coverage density: in towns, it is tens to hundreds of meters, outside towns is significantly lower.
No guarantee is provided for this service, and the accuracy of the results and the availability of the service are not guaranteed either by the phone supplier, the operator or the map data provider. The service provision may be terminated any time without any notice.
Security Settings
Select Menu / Settings / Security Settings. To protect personal data, you may set security of SIM card, phone and phone screen lock.
3. Restore Factory Settings
Enter password "1122".
PHONE SEARCH FUNCTION
When the cradle is connected to the charger and the phone is ON, press the cradle button (17). The phone will automatically trigger an alarm. The alarm may be switched off in two ways: by pressing the cradle button (17) or by turning the phone alarm off.
The Warranty DOES NOT Cover:
- Installation of any firmware to the EVOLVEO phone other than the originally installed one.
- Electro-mechanic or mechanic damages to the phone caused by inappropriate use (e.g. cracked display, cracked front of rear cover, damaged microUSB connector, SIM card slot, earphone jacks, etc.)
- Damages to the loudspeaker and earphones by metal particles.
- Damages by natural influences, e.g. fire, water, static electricity, high temperature.
- Malfunctions due to common wear.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized repairs.
- Phone firmware if requires updates due to changes of mobile network parameters.
- Mobile network malfunctions.
- Battery if its capacity decreases after 6 or more months (the battery warranty is 6 months).
- Malicious damages.
Warranty and Post-warranty Service
Repairs and service of EVOLVEO products (more at www.evolveo.com) must be provided by authorized service centers only; otherwise, the phone may be damaged and the warranty may be invalidated.

Disposal: The crossed-out container
symbol on the product, in the attached documents or on packaging means all the electric and electronic equipment, batteries and battery packs in the European Union must be disposed of as separate waste at the end of their service life. These products must not be disposed as unsorted municipal waste.
