When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- This appliance may only be connected to the same main voltage as shown on the rating plate.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or rinse housing, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
- Do not contact any moving parts while the appliance is operating.
- Container must be properly in place before operating the mixer.
- Use a spatula to extricate food only when the mixer is not operating.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Take the product to an authorized and qualified service facility for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- The use of attachment not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause fire, electrical shock or injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surface.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
- Always place the beaters or dough hooks in the mixer before you connect it to the mains.
- Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
- The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.
- Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

HOW TO USE THE MIXER
- To assemble, insert the end of beaters or dough hooks into the openings. (Fig1)
Press it until they lock securely in place. (Note: It is important that you insert the dough hooks with a pair of ears into the right opening and insert the dough hook with finger ring into the left opening. (Fig 2)
- Put the ingredients into a bowl. (Fig. 3)
- Lower the beaters or dough hooks into the ingredients. (Fig. 3)
- Plug in and switch the mixer on and choose the desired speed (Fig. 4).
- If you need highest speed, please press turbo or turn the pulse position. (Fig. 5)
- After use unplug the unit first. Depress ejector knob (B) to release the beaters or dough hooks (Fig. 6).
MIXING GUIDE
Speed Description
1 Fold This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and potatoes.
2 Blend Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
3 Mix For mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads.
4 Cream For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
5 Whip For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream, etc.

0 The appliance is off
Caution
- After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
- Do not operate more than 10 Minutes at one time.
- The mixer is factory lubricated and required no further lubrication.
- Other than cleaning, no additional maintenance or servicing of this appliance is required. Repairs, when necessary must be preformed at an Authorized Electrical service station.
Clean
- Remove the main plug from the wall socket, clean the body of the mixer with a damp cloth. To remove stubborn spots, wipe surfaces with a cloth moistened with sudsy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Continue with a clean damp cloth then dry thoroughly.
- Beaters and dough hooks can be washed in hot sudsy water, rinsed and dried.
- Never immerse or rinse the body of the mixer in water or other liquid.
