How do I set the temperature on my Orima ORS-102-DG freezer?

Press the SET key to adjust the temperature. Each press increases the temperature range, cycling through fridge (levels 1-2) and freezer (levels 3-7) ranges. After 5 seconds, the setting is confirmed. LED indicators show the selected range.

What is the Fast Freeze function and how do I use it?

The Fast Freeze function rapidly lowers the temperature to freeze large quantities of food. Press the SET key until all temperature LEDs are on, then wait 5 seconds to activate. The function automatically disables after 72 hours or can be turned off manually by pressing SET again.

How do I defrost the chest freezer?

Disconnect the power supply. Open the door and remove all food. Place a container under the internal drain hole to collect water. Allow frost to melt naturally (keep door open). After defrosting, dry the interior and replace the drain plug.

How do I clean the freezer?

Unplug the appliance. Remove baskets and accessories. Wipe the interior and exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Dry thoroughly before plugging back in.

How do I replace the LED lamp?

The LED lamp is gravity-controlled and turns on when the door is opened >30°. To replace: 1) Loosen screws on the lamp cover. 2) Loosen screws on the LED electronic part. 3) Check cable connections. If faulty, replace the LED electronic part. Contact after-sales service if needed.

What do the indicator lights mean?

Blue LED (temperature range): Fridge range (1-2) or freezer range (3-7). Blue Fast Freeze LED: On when fast freeze is active. Green Running LED: On when compressor is running, off when stopped. After 30 minutes of inactivity, LEDs dim.

Why is my freezer not working?

Check that the mains plug is inserted and not loose. Check the fuse and replace if blown. If the socket is defective, contact an electrician. If the problem persists, contact the service center.

How do I level the appliance?

Ensure the freezer is placed on a flat, stable surface. If it rocks, use leveling feet or place shims under the corners. Check with a spirit level.

Can I store frozen food for long periods?

Yes, the freezer compartment is suitable for long-term storage of frozen foods such as meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and ice cream. Set the temperature to -18°C and use the fast freeze function for large quantities.

What should I do if frost builds up on the door seal?

The door seal may not be airtight. Carefully warm the leaking sections with a hair dryer on a cool setting and shape the seal by hand to fit correctly. If the problem persists, contact the service center.

All LED lamps light on 1 second when the current is switched on, then running on the original setting mode before switched off.

The temperature setting

Press 'SET' key to adjust the temperature; Press once, one more temperature range LED indicator will be light on. It can be cycling setting, after set up 5 seconds, the electronic thermostat can confirm the settings automatically.

When all temperature range LED indicators are light on, press the 'SET' key, the SUPER LED indicator will be light on, after 5 seconds, the fast freezing mode can be confirmed automatically.

The recommendations of the users setting

After each operation is finished for 30 minutes, LED indicator will light slightly.

Power Off Memory Function: the power of chest freezer is switched on again, it will automatically run according to the mode setting before the power off.

OFF 3'S : the power of chest freezer is switched off after press OFF 3's key 3 seconds.

Caution! Before troubleshooting, disconnect the power supply. Only a qualified electrician of competent person must do the troubleshooting that is not in this manual.

⚠️ Important! There are some sounds during normal use (compressor, refrigerant circulation).

	A large quantity of warm food was placed in the appliance within the last 24 hours.	Turn the temperature regulation to a colder setting temporarily.
	The appliance is near a heat source.	Please look in the installation location section.
Heavy build-up of frost on the door seal.	Door seal is not air-tight.	Carefully warm the leaking sections of the door seal with a hair dryer (on a cool setting). At the same time shape the warmed door seal by hand such that it sits correctly.
Unusual noises	Appliance is not level.	Check the appliance and level it by some articles.
	The appliance is touching the wall or other objects.	Move the appliance slightly.
	A component, e.g. a pipe, in the side of the appliance is touching another part of the appliance or the wall.	If necessary, carefully bend the component out of the way.

If the malfunction shows again, contact the Service Center.

Replace the lamp

The switch of LED lamp is gravity controlled, when the angle of door-opening is bigger than 30. Degree, light will switch on and switch off when the angle is smaller than 30 degree.

Notice:

When LED lamp does not work when door is open, Please be released and check as below steps:

- Firstly, loosen screws on the lamp cover

• Secondly, loosen the screws fixed on the lamp electronic parts

• Thirdly, check the cable terminals of electronic parts and terminals of contacting lines for door lamp is loosening or not. Please fix them if they are not fixed. Then, check the light is on or not. If the lamp is switch on please install the lamp cover; If not, please further check the electronic part is intact or not. If necessary, please replace the electronic part to check the lamp is on or not. If the lamp still does not work. Please contact with staff of after-sale service for assistance.

The refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a built-in appliance, unless specifically shown as such into its instruction manual.

The drawers, baskets and shelves should be kept in their current position unless otherwise specified in this document.

Doors and lids of the refrigeration appliance should be removed before disposal in the landfill, to avoid children or animals getting trapped inside.

Refrigerator compartment: +4°C

Freezer compartment: -18°C

FAST FREEZE

The use of this function is recommended when placing a very high quantity of food to be frozen in the freezer compartment. 24 hours before freezing fresh food, press the Fast Freeze button to activate the Fast Freeze function. When activated, the Fast Freeze indicator turns on. After 24 hours place the food to be frozen in the freezing zone of freezer compartment. The function is automatically disabled after 72 hours, or can be manually disabled by pressing Fast Freeze button.

FAST COOL

Using Fast Cool function it is possible to increase the cooling capacity in the refrigerator compartment. The use of this function is recommended when placing a very high quantity of food in the refrigerator compartment. Press the Fast Cool button to activate Fast Cool function. When activated, the Fast Cool indicator turns on. The function is automatically disabled after 6 hours, or can be manually disabled by pressing Fast Cool button again.

How to store foodstuffs:

To avoid food waste, please refer to the recommended setting and storage times:

Fridge compartment: Different food, especially vegetable and fruit, have different storage temperature. The storage time is 1 to 3 days （temp setting: middle）

Freezer compartment: 1 week (temp setting: Min) and 1 month (temp setting: Max)

To optimize freezing speed and get more storage space, the freezer compartment can be used without the freezer drawers.

The quantity of fresh food that can be frozen in a specific time period is indicated on the rating plate. Load limits are determined by baskets, flaps, drawers, shelves etc. Make sure that these components can still close easily after loading.

To avoid food waste, please refer to the recommended setting and storage times found in the user manual.
