- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- The appliance is only intended for household use indoors.
- Switch off the appliance and pull out the plug before cleaning, and when not in use.
• Do not use the appliance if it is damaged. Contact an authorised service centre.
• Never immerse the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquid. - Keep the power cord out of the reach of children.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by an authorised service centre or qualified person to ensure safe use.
- Never touch the whisk or dough paddle when they are rotating. Wear a hair net if you have long hair. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery etc. as these can get caught in moving parts.
- Always switch off the appliance and pull out the plug before fitting and/or replacing accessories etc.
- Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time (e.g. a dough hook toghether with a whisk).
- Keep the power cord and plug away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance from someone who is responsible for their safety.

OPERATION
Whisks and dough hooks
- Insert the whisks or dough hooks and press in firmly. Always insert the dough hook/whisk with a toothed ring in the corresponding hole.
- Plug in the power cord.
- Place the ingredients in a suitable container for the amount to be prepared.
- Lower the dough hooks/whisks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control knob to the right. There are 5 settings on the knob. Depending on the model, the appliance may also have a turbo button.
- Turn the control knob back to the 0 position when you have finished.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Release the whisks/dough hooks by pressing the release button.
User tips
Speed Use
1-2 To mix dry ingredients with moist, to stir whisked white of egg or cream into mixtures, stir in sauces or mash vegetables.
3-4 To prepare cake mix etc. Use dough hooks for dough or thicker mixes. To mix cooking fat and sugar.
5 To whisk cream, white of egg, whole egg etc. To stir mincemeat or thicker dough.
Turbo Same as position 5.
IMPORTANT
Do not run the appliance for more than 5 minutes at a time. Allow to cool for a few minutes before using again.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Unplug the power cord.
- Clean the casing with a moist cloth.

Clean the whisks/dough hooks under running water, or in a dishwasher. Allow to dry.

The gear casing can be rinsed under running water, but must not be immersed.
- Clean the appliance immediately after use to prevent food residues drying out and sticking, and causing bacterial growth.
