OPERATION

Whisks and dough hooks

  1. Insert the whisks or dough hooks and press in firmly. Always insert the dough hook/whisk with a toothed ring in the corresponding hole.
  2. Plug in the power cord.
  3. Place the ingredients in a suitable container for the amount to be prepared.
  4. Lower the dough hooks/whisks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control knob to the right. There are 5 settings on the knob. Depending on the model, the appliance may also have a turbo button.
  5. Turn the control knob back to the 0 position when you have finished.
  6. Unplug the power cord.
  7. Release the whisks/dough hooks by pressing the release button.

Speed Use

1-2 To mix dry ingredients with moist, to stir whisked white of egg or cream into mixtures, stir in sauces or mash vegetables.
3-4 To prepare cake mix etc. Use dough hooks for dough or thicker mixes. To mix cooking fat and sugar.
5 To whisk cream, white of egg, whole egg etc. To stir mincemeat or thicker dough.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

  1. Unplug the power cord.
  2. Clean the casing with a moist cloth.
  3. Clean the whisks/dough hooks under running water, or in a dishwasher. Allow to dry.

  4. The gear casing can be rinsed under running water, but must not be immersed.

  5. Clean the appliance immediately after use to prevent food residues drying out and sticking, and causing bacterial growth.
