How do I insert the SIM card and battery?

Remove the back cover by sliding it downwards. Insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing down. Insert the battery with the contacts aligned. Replace the cover until it clicks.

How do I turn on the phone?

Press and hold the End key (red button) until the screen lights up. Enter your PIN if required.

How do I make a call?

Enter the phone number using the keypad, then press the Call key (green button). To end the call, press the End key.

How do I send a text message?

From standby, press Menu > Messages > Write new. Enter your message, press Options > Send, and enter the recipient number. Press Send again.

How do I access the FM radio?

Connect the headset (which acts as an antenna). Press Menu > Radio. Use the navigation keys to tune stations. You can save presets by pressing Options > Save.

How do I set an alarm?

Press Menu > Alarms. Select an empty alarm slot, set the time, repeat option, and alarm tone. Press Save.

Why is my phone not charging?

Ensure the charger is firmly connected to the phone and the power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the battery is completely drained, it may take a few minutes before the charging indicator appears. If the issue persists, try a different charger.

How do I reset the phone to factory settings?

Press Menu > Settings > General > Reset. You may need to enter the phone lock code (default 0000). Note: This will erase all personal data.
