1. INTRODUCTION

Please read the instructions carefully and keep the manual for future information.

This manual is designed to give all necessary instructions concerning installation, use and maintenance of the unit. In order to operate the unit correctly and safely, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and use.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

GENERAL

1. Read all instructions.
2. Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate.
3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
5. To protect against the risk of electrical shock do not put in water or other liquid.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
7. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories.

8. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
9. Do not blend hot liquids.
10. Do not immerse the upper part of blender into water as this would give rise to electric shock.

13. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.

14. The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise the blade could be blunted.

15. To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
16. Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
17. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to people.
18. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
19. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
20. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
21. Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
22. Be sure to switch off the appliance after each use of your blender. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
23. The metal blade is extremely sharp, Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
24. Be careful of potential injury from misuse.
25. Do not use it outdoors.

5. USING THE APPLIANCE

Before the first use, clean the blender according to the section of "quick cleaning".

The time running unit without load can't exceed 15s.

Important: Blades are very sharp, handled with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

INSTRUCTION FOR BLENDER

1. Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 3-minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
2. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.
3. Simply plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button to start operating. At the same time, you can select desired speed setting by dialing the speed control dial, the speed will be higher gradually when you dial the speed control dial from right to left.
   Food: carrot, water.
   Using method: fill the carrot 280g and water 420g mixture into measure cup, activating the product with blending rod running at blending speed and press down the burst button for 60 seconds, the carrot can be damaged completely.
5. You also can start operating by pressing and holding the high-speed button (turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you dial the speed control dial.

INSTRUCTION FOR CHOPPER

1. Use recipe one, max operation duration per time should less than 60 second, and 10 minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
2. Use recipe one, max operation duration per time should less than 5 second, and 10 minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
3. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.
4. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl, as shown in Fig.
5. Place food into the chopper bowl.

Recipe one: remove the bone of the meat, cut into small pieces, then place the meat into bowl, the max quantity of meat can't exceed 200g in every blending.

Recipe two:

1. Take 140g of frozen honey, put it into the chopper bowl, spread it evenly, the honey, temperature is about 4 ± 2 °C.
2. Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl。
3. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid and turn in clockwise direction to lock.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button or high-speed button to start operating.
5. To stop the appliance by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button of the motor unit.
6. After finishing chopping, unplug the power outlet first, then remove the motor unit from the chopper lid by turning it in anti-clockwise.
7. Take off the chopper lid-and remove the chopped food.

Caution:

To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.

INSTRUCTION FOR EGG WHITE BEATER

Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 2 minutes, and 10-minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.

1. To assemble the egg white beater with the motor unit, turn the whisk anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.
2. Simply plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.
3. Place egg white into the cup, generally, two eggs white is enough.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button to start operating. At the same time, you can select desired speed setting by dialing the speed control dial, the speed will be higher gradually when you dial the speed control dial from left to right.
5. You also can start operating by pressing and holding the high-speed button (turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you dial the speed control dial.
6. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button of the motor unit.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable blending rod.
   NOTE: Do not immerse the detachable blending rod of the blender in water because overtime the lubrication on the bearings may be washed away.
2. Small jar and bowl which cannot be used to store food for a long time.
3. Wash the detachable blending rod under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or detergents
   After finishing cleaning, the detachable blending rod, place it upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an electric shock may occur.
5. Dry thoroughly.

CAUTION: Blades are very sharp, handled with care.

QUICK CLEANING

Between processing tasks, hold the hand blender in a cup half filled with water and turn on the appliance to make it run for a few seconds.
