What type of cookware can I use with the Vivax HPI-2000TP induction cooker?

Use iron or steel pots with a flat, thick bottom. The bottom of the pan should match the cooking zone size. Non-magnetic cookware (e.g., aluminum, glass, ceramic) will not work.

How do I set the timer on the induction cooker?

While the cooker is operating, press the TIMER button, then use + or - to set the time from 1 to 4 hours. Press once to adjust by 1 minute, long press to adjust by 10 minutes. The cooker will turn off automatically when the timer expires.

What does error code E0 mean?

Error E0 indicates that no pan or an unsuitable pan is placed on the cooking zone. Ensure you are using a magnetic stainless steel or iron pot placed correctly on the center of the hob.

Can I use the induction cooker in a bathroom or near a shower?

No. The appliance is not intended for installation in rooms containing a bath, shower, or swimming pool. It must be used in a well-ventilated area away from water sources.

How do I clean the glass surface of the induction cooker?

First, disconnect the power and let the surface cool completely. Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a special glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or sharp scrapers as they may scratch the glass.

What is the auto shut-off feature?

The cooker automatically turns off after a period of inactivity: 2 hours for Hot Pot, Fry, and Soup modes; 1 hour for Low Fire; and 18 minutes for Water mode. This prevents overheating and saves energy.

Can I use the induction cooker for commercial purposes?

No. The Vivax HPI-2000TP is designed for domestic use only. Commercial use may lead to malfunction and is not covered under warranty.

What should I do if the surface glass cracks?

Immediately switch off the appliance and unplug it. Do not use the cooker. Contact an authorized service center for repair. Using a cracked hob can cause electric shock.

How do I adjust the power level during cooking?

In manual modes (Hot Pot, Fry), press the + or - buttons to adjust power among 8 levels: 200, 500, 800, 1000, 1300, 1600, 1800, 2000W. In automatic modes (Soup, Water, Low Fire), power is preset and cannot be manually adjusted.

Is it safe to leave the induction cooker unattended while cooking with oil or fat?

No. Unattended cooking with fat or oil can be dangerous and may result in fire. Always supervise the appliance during use. If a fire occurs, do not use water; switch off the appliance and cover the flame with a lid or damp cloth.

POSITION OF THE APPLIANCE

Place your cooking plate device on stabile and flat surface.

Before you start to use appliance, please carefully read „IMPORTANT AND SAFETY WARNINGS” chapter!

Before using Induction plate, please remove all flammable tapes, sytrofoam or any other ambalage materials on cooker. Also take out user manual and other flammable materials from appliance.

HOW TO USE INDUCTION COOKER

1. In order to have a good cooking result from the hob, the pans bottom should be as thick and flat as possible.
2. Bottom of pans and cooking zones should be the same size. If possible, always place lids on the pans. Always place cookware on the cooking zone before it is switched on. Switch cooking zones off before the end of the cooking time, to take advantage of residual heat.

1. Plug unit into the proper socket;

2. Put an Iron or Steel pot with filled water or food on the center of the cooking plate;

3. Push [ON/OFF] button.
4. Press [FUNCTION] button to choose one of preset Cooking functions.

After press [FUNCTION] button the first time, it default [Hot Pot] work as 1300W, Press [+] or [−] button to adjust power level.

You can adjust 8 levels cooking power (W): 200-500-800-1000-1300-1600-1800-2000W

1. Cooking functions:

a. Hot Pot (Manual function): default power work is 1300W. Press [+] or [−] to adjust power level in range: 200-2000W.

Note: Induction plate will auto shut off if more than 2 hours any user adjustments.

b. Fry (Manual function): default power work is 2000W. Press [+] or [−] to adjust power level in range: 200-2000W,

Note: Induction plate will auto shut off if more than 2 hours any user adjustments.

c. Soup (Automatic function): default power work is 1600W. In this preset working mode you cannot adjust power level by press [+] or [-] .

After 12 mins working, unit will turn to 800W intermittent power heating, cooking process is controlled automatically by program to keep soup warm.

Note: Induction plate will auto shut off if more than 2 hours any user adjustments.

d. Wa ter (Automatic function): default power work is 2000W. In this preset working mode you cannot adjust power level by press [+] or [-] , cooking process is controlled automatically by program.

Note: Induction plate will auto shut off after 18nsiwork.

e. Low fire (Automatic function): default power work is 500W. In this preset cooking mode you cannot adjust power level by press [+] or [-] , cooking process is controlled automatically by program.

Note: Induction plate will auto shut off if more than 1 hour no any user adjustments.

1. After cooking, press [ON/OFF] button, Cooker is in Off status.

Discconnect Induction plate from the socket.

TIMER FUNCTION

1. When the induction plate is working, press [TIMER] button, then press [+] or [-] to set the TIMER time (from 1-4 hours)
2. TIMER function is available in all preset functions. To adjust TIMER time, pressonce [+] or [-] to add or reduce 1 min, long press [+] or [-] to add or reduce 10 min.

After set time is reached, Induction plate will automatically turn off.

ERROR CODE

Error Code Possible Reason
E0	There is no pot/pan or unsuitable pot/pan on induction cooker.
E1 Supply voltage is too low(less than 88V).
E2 Supply voltage is too high(more than 280V).
E3	The temperature of plate surface is too high, or short circuited.
E4 Plate surface temperature sensor is not connected well.
E5	The Heat sensor of radiator (IGBT) is over heat, or short circuited, or the fan is not connected well.
E6 The Heat sensor of radiator (IGBT) is not connected well.

MAINTENANCE and CLEANING

1. Disconnect the plug supplying electricity from the socket.
2. While Induction plate is operating or shortly after it starts operating, it is extremely hot. You must avoid touching glass surface!
3. Never clean plate surface by the tools like hard brush, cleaning mesh or knife. Do not use abrasive, scratching agents and detergents.
4. After cleaning with a soapy cloth, rinse it with colth and then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
5. Clean the glass surfaces with special glass cleaning agents.
6. Do not clean your plate with steam cleaners.
7. Never use inflammable agents like acid, thinner and gasoline when cleaning your oven.

WARNING:

Spilled sauce, fruit juice, etc. should be wiped off as soon as possible with a soft cloth soaked in warm water with a detergent.

Do not allow sauces or juices to burn on the cooking plate. This can damage the glass surface or even melt of the glass surface or make subsequent cleaning much more difficult! The light color change on the plate are normal and don't have any influence on working performances.

Do not use a steel wool or knives to clean dirt deposits. Grease the deposits with a cloth soaked with a very damp detergent, but be careful not to scratch glass top.

6. PRAVO NA REKLAMACIJU NE OBUHVATA

1. Ovom izjavom o saobraznosti proizvođač proizvoda, preko KIM TEC CG d.o.o., kao uvoznika i davaoca prava u Crnoj Gori besplatan popravak istog u skladu s vazećim propisima i u skladu s uslovima opisanim u ovoj izjavi o saobraznosti. Ovom izjavom o saobraznosti istićemo da će predmet ovog prava raditi bez greške uzrokovane eventualnom lošom izradom i lošim materijalom izrade. Svi eventualno nastali kvarovi biće besplatno otklonjeni u ovlašćenom servisu u predviđenom roku za reklamaciju.
2. USLOVI REKLAMACIJE: Rok za reklamaciju počinje teći od dana kupovine proizvoda i traje 24 mjeseca.
3. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet reklamacije, obavezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 15 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 15 dana, biće zamijenjen novim.
4. Pravo na reklamaciju se priznaje uz fiskalni račun o kupovini, ili uz ovu izjavu o saobraznosti koji mora biti ispravno popunjen odnosno mora sadržati datum prodaje, pečat i potpis prodavca.
5. Davalac izjave o saobraznosti osigurava servis i rezervne djelove 7 godina od datuma kupovine.

GARANCIJSKA IZJAVA

1. Ovom garancijom garantira proizvođač proizvoda, preko KIM TEC d.o.o., kao uvoznika i davatelja garancije u Republici Bosni i Hercegovini besplatan popravak istog u skladu s važećim propisima i u skladu s uvjetima opisanim u ovom garantnom listu. Ovom garancijom garantiramo da će predmet ove garancije raditi bez greške uzrokovane eventualnom lošom izradom i lošim materijalom izrade. Svi eventualno nastali kvarovi biti će besplatno otklonjeni u ovlaštenom servisu u garantnom roku.

UVJETI GARANCIJE:

Garantni rok počinje teći od dana kupnje proizvoda i traje 12 mjeseci, osim za Vivax Imago televizore (CRT, LCD, PDP) za koje jamstvo traje 24 mjeseca

1. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet ove garancije, obavezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 45 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 45 dana, biti će zamijenjen novim. Ako popravak proizvoda traje duže od 10 dana, garancija se produljužuje za vrijeme trajanja popravka.
2. Garancija se priznaje samo uz račun o kupnji, te uz ovaj garantni list koji mora biti ispravno popunjen odnosno mora sadržavati datum prodaje, pečat i potpis prodavatelja.
3. Davalac garancije osigurava servis i rezervne dijelove 7 godina od datuma kupnje.
