Why won't the speaker turn on?

The battery may be depleted. Charge the speaker using the included Micro USB cable and a USB power source (5V/1A) for about 2 hours. If still not turning on, try pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Can I use the speaker while charging?

Yes, the speaker can be used while plugged in, but it is recommended to charge fully before first use for optimal battery performance.

How do I reset the speaker?

To reset, turn off the speaker and then press and hold the Volume + and Power buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. The speaker will reset and enter pairing mode.

What is the Bluetooth range?

The effective range is up to 33 feet (10 meters) in open space. Obstacles like walls or metal objects may reduce the range.

How do I connect via AUX cable?

Plug one end of a 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX port on the speaker and the other end into your audio device. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. Note: Bluetooth will be disconnected.

Can I pair two speakers for stereo sound?

Yes, if you have two iLuv ISP245VZ speakers, you can pair them in TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode. After pairing the first speaker to your phone, press and hold the Volume - button on both speakers simultaneously for 3 seconds to create a stereo pair.

How to clean the speaker?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid getting water inside the charging port or AUX jack.

Is the speaker waterproof?
