How do I pair the doorbell button with the receiver?

Insert batteries into both units. Press and hold the pairing button on the receiver until the LED flashes. Then press the button on the doorbell once. The receiver will emit a beep to confirm pairing.

What type of batteries does the doorbell button use?

The doorbell button uses a CR2032 lithium coin cell battery, which is included in the package. When depleted, replace with a new CR2032 battery.

Can I add multiple receivers to one doorbell button?

Yes, you can pair up to 5 receivers with one doorbell button. Simply repeat the pairing process for each receiver.

How do I change the ringtone?

Press the tone selection button on the receiver repeatedly to cycle through 36 built-in melodies. The receiver will play a sample of each tone as you scroll.

What is the maximum operating range?

In an open outdoor area with no obstructions, the range is up to 150 meters. Walls and metal objects can reduce this range.

Is the doorbell button weatherproof?

Yes, the button has an IP44 rating, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. However, it should not be submerged.

How do I adjust the volume?

Use the volume button on the receiver to cycle through 4 levels: high, medium, low, and mute. A visual indicator shows the current setting.

What should I do if the doorbell stops working?

First, check the batteries in both units. Replace if needed. Then try re-pairing the devices. If the issue persists, ensure nothing is obstructing the signal.

Can I use the doorbell without the receiver?

No, the receiver is essential to hear the ringtone. The button only sends a signal; the receiver produces the sound.

How do I reset the doorbell to factory settings?

INSTALLATION METHODS

1. Receiver: plug the receiver directly into the power socket to take power
2. Transmitter (two methods):

A. Double-sided adhesive Tape: fix the double-sided tape to the back of the transmitter and then to the wall.

Paste the bottom shell on the wall.

B. Screw fixation: use mounting screws to fix the bottom case to the wall.

Install the screw from the back cover.

Drill and install the screws on the wall.

FUNCTION OF RECEIVERS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melody selection: after selecting music, long press the volume button for 4 seconds and the reciver lights up and enters the learning state. When the transmitter is pressed, the reciver flashes light and emits a ring tone to lock the ring tone successfully.
2. Volume adjustment: if you press the volume button once, the sound will up to 1 level; if you press the volume button five times, the volume will go back to the original level.
3. Pairing your wireless doorbell: the transmitter and the receiver are already paired so your device is ready to use. If for some reason the pairing is lost, here is how to pair them again. After selecting music, long press the volume button for 4 seconds, and the receiver lights up and the display page enters the pairing mode. When the transmitter is pressed, the receiver flashes light and rings to indicate that a match has been made. Pairing automatically exists after all programs have been completed.

WARNING

1. Non-professional personnel isn't allowed to open the device because during the opening it may destroy precision electronic components.
2. High-voltage circuits in the device, don't open it when it's working. Or there may be electrical shoks.
3. Using the doorbell in the right way can make its life longer.
4. Functional range may be adversely affected by one or more of the following factors: weather, radio frequency interference, low transmitter battery and obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
5. Old batteries can also corrode the connections and damage the button or doorbell. If you find out the product performance drops it means that the battery is running out, so we recommend to change it.
